Stayed 3 days at the Dragon Sea.
The room has a nice Sea view one block back from the main beach.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean, bed was good, no safe in room.
The hotel is close to restaurants and beach with a street containing a mini mart and assorted massage and other food stalls in walking distance.
Recommended for a budget style holiday, we would come back.

I have travelled around Danang and Hoian
ans stayed at several hotels ranging from budget hotels to luxurious ones
Judging from my experience Dragon Sea hotel is quite nice for budget travellers.
very close to Mykhe beach
Great Ocean view
These can help make up for somewhat humble atmosphere of this hotel.
but think about such a good price~~!!
I strongly recommend staying for a couple of days.
Not good for family or couple travellers.
But quite nice for budget travellers.:)
I didnt expect the same service from the staff as that from Muong Than or Grand Tourane.
But i appreciated the warm welcome from the receptionist there.
Have a try~~:)

Not impressed... room was clean but that was about it... sink leaked and had to be fixed two times in 2 days... staff where the most unhelpful we have come across on our trip... the whole area of seemed to be a building site.. beach was ok but been to better ... would not bother staying in da nang again let alone this hotel.... do yourself a favour and miss out da nang and spend the extra time in Hoi an

We arrived before check in time as that was when our travel arrangements could make it for.
We sat and waited for our room to be ready which was completely fine. The lady on the desk asked for our passports, she also asked if she could keep them, although there was a scanner right behind her. We politely declined this.
The room itself was a good size and we paid a little extra for 'sea view' as we had read previous reviews so thought it best. We were on the 4th floor, the corridor lights were not on so it was difficult to see the lock on the door. Our door didn't shut properly so had to be locked at all times to keep it shut.
The air conditioning unit worked well but sounded like a truck going through a tunnel, so was quite noisy all night but not quite as noisy as the music that was playing outside and the builders that were building from about 6am next door, drilling and hammering none stop.

The bathroom was a little odd as the wall was made of glass and you could see straight into the shower and also the toilet. We discovered a blind and kept that down for our stay. The sink was loose and would leak all the water when we used it, my boyfriend fixed it twice.

Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and each time we got the wrong order.

The location is near to the beach but it wasn't really for us. The whole place reminded me a little of Benidorm or Blackpool.

We won't be staying in Da Nang again. There are much better places to spend your time. Skip it and head for Hoi An.
