Rooms were adequately renovated most with partial views of the sea. Furnishings were a little dated but well enough. Linens were clean, staff was friendly ad morning breakfast was decent enough, except for the coffee. Ugh!

Room tip: Higher floors ask for views

When we got there, we thought the hotel entrance looks awkward. The first impression was bad and we were hoping the room can at least be fine. The room has an ok sea view but the floor is sticky, the bedsheet is dirty and all the corners are dusty. We had to ask the hotel to change the bedsheet for us. They were kind enough to change it but the new one was still dirty. We also had to clean the floor a bit just so it was bearable to walk around. When we got back to the hotel at night, we were scared by a few crocroaches creeping around in the bathroom. Not to forget to mention, the breakfast options were very limited in Vietnamese style with only noodles and soup but they were fine. No tea/coffee was served. The locals seemed to enjoy their stay at the hotel.

We were four people traveling with two rooms booked. When we first arrived, earlier than the check in time, one room was available which was great. The staff didn't speak great english, and did not have any maps of the area. The hotel itself was in a great location though. Easy to walk to everything.

The rooms were mostly clean. Some of the bedding could have been replaced. We saw tiny ants in the room at one point, but they disappeared pretty quickly. It could get pretty loud at night thanks to a karaoke bar nearby, but we slept very well. Know that in the morning, there's only one elevator, and everyone in the hotel is trying to use it. Use the stairs if you can!

Clean room with an awesome view of the beach. Clean bathroom, spacious and in working order. Everything you want in a room. However, there are downfalls haha. Ok. The service from everyone who works here is pretty bad. Not helpful and rude. The biggest downfall of this place is breakfast, breakfast is 7-9. Both my wife and I head upto level 7 and 820 to see a magnificent view of da Nang only to be told breakfast has finished and we can eat the scraps downstairs at the lobby by the kitchen so we head down and ask for eggs only to be told no and we had to eat noodle soup, they're not cooking any more, all of this was before 9am might I add.

Stayed 7 night. Our room was 6th floor with ocean view.
Very good value for price. Nice location.
Breakfast was very simple but ok. If you looking hotel with reasonable price,
Dragon Sea Hotel is one good option.
