This restaurant is near Apsara and Mumtaz, just a few blocks west of the river. It's set well off the street and allows for a quiet dining experience. Menu is 90% Vietnamese with live seafood being the specialty. I watched as my red snapper was fished from the tank and grilled whole with garlic. Price was an amazingly inexpensive $6 and the waitress came over and prepared a dozen spring rolls with several dipping sauces. The garlic fries (on the menu as fried potatoes) were as good as any I've ever had. This place is a terrific little find and I'm happy to be the first to recommend it.
