Stayed here one night on our way back from Hoi An. Had an early flight from Da Nang to Nha Trang so I was looking for something comfortable and cheap. We paid $27 and were upgraded to a "superior" room. My sister and her husband had a "standard" room and it was just a little smaller than ours, still very nice.

We left at 5am so didn't get to try their complimentary breakfast.

The staff was super nice.

I would stay here again.

very nice beach hotel 200m away from the shore. located though in a no man's land suburb area. everything is being built now, so you have to walk a fair amount to find restaurants. however, perfect for the beach and quietness because there was nearly no traffic at all.

rooms are very very nice, spacious with all amenities, and a super view on the sea (and street). bed was brand new. no pc in the room but free wifi i guess but we didn't try.

breakfast was a real disappointment. they made us pay for all kind of extra costs. they'd better raise the price by a few bucks rather than make you pay for any piece of butter you take.

overall, a nice but totally forgettable experience in a quiet bach part of a very urban city.

We stayed at Indochine Da Nang for 1 night. Front desk staff was very helpful, the room very clean and shower was nice, however the room smelled very much like cigarettes. The complimentary breakfast was very good, but the overall location around the hotel is a weird mix of industrial and attempted emerging resort area. Maybe we went in the off season? But the area was very empty. Thankfully the room rate was very reasonable (600 VND for the standard room).

Room Tip: If you are a non-smoker, perhaps check room before checking in to make sure previous occupant was not a smoker.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel has 3 types of rooms, which they call 'standard', 'superior' and 'deluxe'. We had booked a 'superior' room with sea view. When we arrived, however, for some reason the room we had booked was not available, so we got a 'deluxe' instead. This room had an extra bed, which we didn't need, and a bath, which would have been nice if only the water had been hot - it wasn't. It did not have a sea view though. Thus, our first impression was not very good.

The next day, we moved to the room we had booked, which was much better. This room was pretty, quite big, and had a nice view.

In general, the beds are big and comfortable: we slept very well. The rooms are kept very clean, and are well equipped with chairs, desks, wardrobes and minibars. The staff were helpful - they guarded our motorbike and helped us carry our luggage - and friendly. If you stay more than 2 nights, as we did, you get a nice discount, making this place good value for money. A basic breakfast is included - you can choose from a menu. The main flaw was the shower: hot water was subject to availability (which is not unusual in Vietnam, I must add).

They also have a couple of apartments, which you can rent per week or month - great if you want to stay a bit longer. We had a look at one, and it looked very nice - including kitchenette, bath and separate bed- and living room. We actually considered staying here for several months, but in the end we opted for another apartment instead.

Room Tip: I recommend you ask for one of the 'superior' rooms in the corner, on the sea side of the hotel. They have large windows with nice views (the higher the better, probably).

Hotel is very clean and modern. The hotel is better than the photos indicate online. The included breakfast menu has many options and those we tried were delicious. The showers in the rooms have plenty of hot water and water pressure. With great front desk service and a location a block from the beach, the hotel is a wonderful value for the price.
