The lobby seemed like no aircon and when we had our sloppy breakfast (one of the worst I had in Vietnam), the just used a fan to cool the place down.
I appreciated that they upgraded our room for free from the 4 beds room to a 5 bed one. However, there was only one cupboard in the room which was insufficient for us. The indoor shoes provided was the best i had so far in Vietnam though. The blanket feels like polyester which is not really comfortable. The aircon is weak also.
Another thing that made me baffled is that when I came back from outside and went to the receptionist for my key, the receptionist who I never saw before just handed me the key without checking my identity.
Overall it was an okay hotel, but definitely not for the picky one.
