This hotel is clean, close to the beach, it looks new and shiny and kind of cheap and this is where the good news end.
The dark side is very frustrating and made us so mad at that time.
1. We arrived at 6:00am, we went to reception, we checked in without any problems and we were quite happy about it. We stayed there for 3 nights and at checkout we found out that we were charged half a day extra for EARLY CHECKIN. But, at checkin, they didn't tell us that the EARLY CHECKIN will actually cost us and their excuse was that the boy at the reception doesn't speak english and the hotel policy is that you have to checkin at 14:00. We told them that this is not fair but we agreed to pay anyway. At that point the lady at the reception was already talking loud and got really nervous telling us that those were the hotel terms and we have to pay and that's it. Probably they assumed the hotel's policy is general knowledge for every person on this planet
2. In 3 day we took about 7 showers. Only one of them was with hot water, three of them with warmish water and the rest of them with cold water only. We reported this issue at some point, they have done some investigation in that evening but the problem persisted in the next days.
3. The breakfast was from 7 to 9am. One morning we failed to get on time to the restaurant and we came around 9:10. We agreed to pay for breakfast but from the 10 options available we could ask only for 3 of them because they were out of bread. So you have a big hotel, you have guests/tourist that count on your services, they KNOW that they will grab a breakfast and then they will start visiting the city or its surroundings and you tell them at 9:10 am that you do not have bread anymore (there was a market pretty close but nevermind...) From the 3 options 2 were beef soup and egg soup and the last one was pancakes. We found out that they had "beef" for only one soup. Yep... we got the last "beef soup" in Sea Wonder Hotel!!! There was no more after that. No more bread, no more beef soup. We asked pancakes too. We got them without honey (as they were supposed to be in the menu). We got jam instead. So the honey was gone too... :( No bread, no beef, no honey. But we payed for all of those, as the menu stated because we failed to wake up 10 minutes earlier.
So at Sea Wonder you have to pay if you are too early or if you are too late and no hot water for you mister.
