Avoid this place. Price was expensive but this was understandable as it was a national holiday. However the advertised wireless didn't work at all anywhere in the hotel. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, no breakfast was included. There was only a duvet on the bed, so we had to ask for a sheet. When I asked about a discount because of the non working Wi-Fi the reception person made some lame excuse about everyone having internet issues, even though we had perfect Wi-Fi at our breakfast café. I told him this and they basically just didn't care. Do not give these swindlers any of your money.

They don't honour reservations if they can get more money from a walk in customer. So you can arrive and find that your "reservation" is worth nothing. Can't speak about much else but this practice alone is worth a one star review to me.

Hoi An can be a noisy town, and Phuong Dong had a room facing the rear of the hotel and slightly less noisy. But almost everything else about this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest problem is front desk staff. Curt, indifferent, unhelpful. If you do stay here, NEVER book anything else from them as they would try to overcharge you. WIFI is very poor, especially on the 4th floor, so if that's important to you, don't stay here. The cable TV also barely works. If you want your room cleaned, make sure you tell them, otherwise they won't. But they are on the cheaper end of the Hoi An hotels, so choose responsibly.

Room tip: Try to get a rear-facing room. 4th floor has a nice vaulted ceiling but terrible Wifi.

The rooms are decent and the hotel is clean. The staff, however, were terrible. This is not a family-run hotel where they care about their clients. There are places nearby where you will find better service with friendlier staff. Hoi An is a wonderful town. Don't let these people spoil your trip. There is no wifi. Even though the lady at reception will promise you that there is wifi. She is lying. Don't ask them for anything. Your problems are not their's. DO NOT give them your passport! They will forget about it.

Room tip: Stay at a different hotel

I went to this hotel because it was listed in the Lonely Planet. My room was a double bed, no breakfast included for 250.000 d. Wifi is half working but if you go in the corridor, it's totally fine. The room was clean, I felt really good. The staff was very sympathic, not trying to sell me some craps at all !
