We stayed at Thuy Duong 3 Hotel in 2 nights near Old Town. Nice and clean room with AC, TV, Minibar and bathroom. Nice pool area. The beach is about 5km away, so you have to rent a bicycle for 1 USD a day. The cleaning ladies are very friendly, always smiling. A realy nice and lovely hotel to relax.

This hotel is perhaps one of the best I had a chance to stay in Vietnam, with a clean, ample rooms, good breakfast and facilities (a decently sized pool among others). What's more, is located just off the historic center of Hoi An, so that the things one might want to see are just a short stroll away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, I arrived on my birthday and they had a lovely bunch of flowers waiting for me. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. The first room I was put into had a problem with the drainage in the bathroom, but they moved me into another room immediately without any fuss. The pool was gorgeous, and a welcome relief after a hard core day of sightseeing. The breakfasts were good too.
Would happily stay here again and would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

Would not recommend this hotel at all. It is on the outskirts of the main shopping/dining area, probably 5 - 10 mins walk to the old town. we changed rooms when we arrived as we could hear a rat in the ceiling. The bathroom was pretty basic and the shower curtain was pretty disgusting. The breakfast was just awful! We were on a group tour and not a choice of ours.

Good little hotel on edge of main town but only a few minutes to walk in. Rooms are large. Bedding was clean. Downside was breakfast was poor and never topped up. Staff were friendly.
