Went first for a walk in the local market, where Phap took us through a bit of local customs and ways of picking/fishing and preparing noodles and meat sold there.
Once in the restaurant he made sure our experience cooking was all hands in, being super patient and funny which was perfect for my BF being his first time in a cooking class. The result was simply delicious!!! Would definitely recommend it to either rookies or experts food lovers!
