Hoi An was BEAUTIFUL and offered a lot to do! There is plenty of shopping, numerous produce-type markets, and restaurants. It's riverside locale makes for beautiful, relaxing scenery as you go about your day. If you have the fortune to experience their full moon festivities, the whole city dims and is lit by candles! It is also famous in a way as a prime spot to have cloth made or to take cooking classes. No matter what you're looking to do, Hoi An is a great destination for both single tourists and families! GO!

Perfect place to just stroll around. A lot of great restaurants and tailorshops wherever you turn. Not too much hassel in the streets and beautiful scenery by the river.

I took a free mini-bus ride from my guesthouse to the ancient town on one of my last days to absorb the beauty and architecture of this city. By day, it's quite with street vendors with their trinkets out, while by night the lanterns are lit up in various beautiful colors, having dinner at a restaurant along the river is also amazing!

This has to be one of the most beautiful places to visit on Earth! A shopping paradise where you can get literally anything made quickly and to a high standard set in a UNESCO world heritage site. The riverside is a beautiful place to eat especially at night when candles are lowered into the river by the famous Japanese covered bridge. If you go to Vietnam, don't miss this place!
