FIRST THING I READ IN ROOM WAS SIGN SAYING DO NOT OPEN DOOR BECAUSE OF MOSQUITOS AND LATER LEARNT DENGI FEVER WAS ABOUT.
Researched the hotels in Hoi An before leaving australia and booked this one. We arrived late at night and found room floor had water over it so they had to clean it first. Rained over night and floor was again wet, i think it flooded in off balcony. NO POOL. The outlook was like a swamp, it appeared they had been building paths, outdoor covered areas and maybe a pool (it looked like a half built pool) and if they had finished it it could have been very nice but it is an overgrown mess of failed projects that have been abandonded. The staff were pushy to say the least and the manager ? had a go at me for buying a can of drink while walking at the little store near hotel, she wanted me to buy at the hotel. Left first thing the next morning for another hotel Thien Nga in Ba Trieu Street which was same price and had pool, nice staff and good rooms if smaller.
