First time at the new Hotel - normally stay elsewhere but having works done - 5 times to Hoi An -
Hotel staff very good rooms are not large but ok - we have a Suite room which is double the size of the deluxe rooms - due to the height of the palm trees you are unable to see the river - a note for any traveller who has leg problems there are steps from the road to hotel- and from the lobby to all rooms up or down - Breakfast is Ok the normal that you receive in Vietnam large variety - only comment to management is that tables are not set up outside for people to use and dishes are left on tables need to removed quicker - nothing worse that having dirty dishes on the table as you try to enjoy your breakfast - Pool area nice and refreshing - Short walk to old town about 5 minutes - Nice Hotel but next year would return to normal hotel.

Rooms were clean and nice. Huge bed, I think it was two double beds pushed together. Personalized AC unit with complimentary water. Two computers in the lobby. Nice pool with a view of the river and a very good complimentary breakfast with an egg station. Service was friendly and it is about a ten minute walk to Old Town Hoi An. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. We were given cold drinks on arrival and the staff were very quick with our passports. Our room was upgraded on arrival to a room with a balcony, overlooking the garden and the river. The bed was very comfortable and it was the first large bed we've had in Vietnam which was big, but wasn't made up of two smaller beds. Wifi was slow, but the room had wired LAN so this is a good hotel if you need the internet for business. The pool area was very quiet and the pool was very clean and had a lovely view out to the river. Breakfast was awesome! Loads of variety and everything was very fresh and delicious. Great shower. Grounds were lovely for having two for one cocktails by the river in the sun. Definitely worth the higher price!

Great hotel next to river and only 5 min walk into old town. Treated ourselves to a suite which had great views of the pool and river. Lovely big bedroom and bathroom with separate bath And shower. Good choice on breakfast buffet. Excellent Taylor just round corner Duyen, 116 NGO quyen st, excellent value and very quick service.

Room Tip: Suite was worth extra money.

So glad I chose to stay here. Huge room, excellent service, good breakfast selection and great location. A few minutes walk or bike ride to old quarter. Good to be away from the hustle and bustle at this riverside locale.
Pool fabulous for a relaxing morning or afternoon. Do the free boat trip- Good photo opportunities. Excellent value for money hotel.

We stayed four nights based on reviews from tripadvisor. Overall we were very happy with the way the resort presented with all amenities as advertised. The one downside of they stay is that we booked a pool view room and were allocated a room that actually looked straight into the restaurant and vice versa. Rooms 401-403 and the equivalent rooms on the other side of the resort should not be considered as pool side or pool view because they just are'nt.

Room Tip: If booking a pool side room then make sure you state that you do not want rooms 401 to 403

I stayed at this resort for two nights on the basis of the reviews on Trip Advisor and can say I was certainly not disappointed. Rooms were modern, comfortable, with a great shower head, and balcony overlooking the pool and a distant view of the river. Good internet connections throughout. Sumptuous breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and Western options -- loved the dumplings, the fried shrimp, and of course, the banana pancakes. Also, the gym has decent treadmills, and other machines. The pool is quite wonderful, and many guests seem happy to spend the better part of the day there. The hotel offers a free hour-long boat trip daily, which was worth it.

My only complaints related to the card keys. First, as mentioned by another reviewer, the key regulates all the electrical connections in the room, so you cannot charge your phone or computer while you are out of the room. Second, I misplaced my card key and was charged extra for a new one, so beware.

The hotel is within easy walking/riding distance of the bridge and the streets in the old section. Mrs. Sa across the street not only offers inexpensive bicycles for rent, but also laundry services within 4 hours, and cheap taxis to Da Nang airport.
