The restaurant is located away from the expensive riverside restaurant and its packed with locals during lunch hours.
During my travel, I usually look for places where locals eat and I was fortunate enough to came upon this place. The place itself is no frills, almost like a side street vendor. There are no menu to look and you order as you walk in. After ordering look for empty chairs and wait for your Pho to arrive. Because of the limitation of the space, customers often share table with other customers which makes it an interesting dining experience specially with locals.
The Pho itself was very tasty and cheap. It would be double the price if you dine in a riverside restaurant.
