This hotel is about 3km from town but they have a number of free shuttle services and also have bikes . The hotel is absolutely gorgeous . All features ( rooms, outdoor bath, indoor bathroom, eating area and pool have all been designed creatively using natural products - wood, stone etc and are nonetheless very modern and high quality . The hotel is surrounded by paddy fields and set back are local houses .
The staff were very helpful and lovely . Air-con was great.More

We stayed at Hoi An Chic with three children and concluded in the end that it was our favourite hotel during the trip. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent restaurant with a view. We were laughing a lot with them. Made use of their free kite making course. The pool was a great oasis for the kids to play day in day out. The daily shuttles to the city are both handy and an event since your driven in old army jeeps. The rooms with rice paddie view are best.

Our rooms were designed in a way to give a very warm and spacious feeling to our guests as well as a good touch of traditional Vietnam. Our wide spread out of the facilities allow our guests to relax in full and experience the swimming pools not big but very lovely, the shuttle bus go to the pristine Hidden beach, the restaurant with nice view and lot of food special, all within a magnificent tropical garden setting.

Staff are helpful, friendly and plentiful.
The rooms we had are exceptional, beautifully designed and well appointed. A real pleasure to spend time in. Bathrooms up there with the best including walk in shower and his and hers sinks.
Set within Rice paddies the setting is peaceful and rather idyllic. The pool was wonderful and brilliantly situated for views. A wonderful oasis.
Restaurant also fabulous, and the breakfast was a treat.
All in all one of the best hotels around for touring travellers - I would recommend it to all. If ever visiting Hoi An again I will try to return.

Great stay, very friendly as expected in Narm, great pool for the afternoon dip after a hot day, all though a bar or cocktail service would have been great. Bfast good, rooms big n comfy, but the bed was too hard for me. Still got tingles in my legs...
Overall, a good private stay overlooking rice fields just far enough vND50 by taxi to old city or just use the free army jeep, however the frequency wasn't good enough....2:30 & 6:15.... Get it!? Other wise you'd pay VND50 for out of time service.
Fix these few things n maybe then 5 stars.
Also.......if they ever train a monkey to fetch cocktails while your in your huge private bath.... I'll be back next week.
I stayed in this hotel for 1 nights with my Japanese friends. Really nice hotel. Me and my firend had good time here. Quiet and peacefull, Staffs were so lovely. All of that make " Chic Hotel" be special.
