We arrived just before it started raining so had a relaxed lunch as we weren't in a hurry to leave. Freshly cooked noodles and rice dishes. Nothing particularly tasty but a good safe option. Very cheap fresh beer. Very convenient lunchtime location close to our hotel north of Hoi An Old Town.

We took a cooking class at this family run restaurant this morning and it was fantastic. We had one teacher, Thao, to ourselves, who took us on an interesting tour to the local market and showed us how to cook 4 dishes which we chose off the menu. I liked that we could choose what we made. Thao was very friendly and told us about many Vietnamese customs as well as the food. She also prepared a ginger tea for my sister who was feeling unwell. Thank you Thao for a great cooking class. Highly recommended!

This restaurant was around the corner from the first place we stayed at in Hoi An. Although we moved to a different hotel, we kept coming back to TinTIn as it's fantastic.

There is a huge variety of different dishes - we have been here for nearly two weeks and pretty much have eaten something different there every night! We recommend the pork with sugar cane, and the pork with ginger. They also provide a range of local delicacies: White rose, Cau Lao, and country pancakes.

The staff are lovely, really friendly, and the prices are very good - much better than what we experienced along the riverside. The local dishes are all less than 50,000 vnd. You can also enjoy a glass of fresh beer for 4,000 vnd (11p!).

They're a little out of the way, but worth the walk!

We did the cooking class at Tin Tin and made the most amazing food, the pork pineapple hot pot was divine. The drunken beef and the chicken cashew stir fry were just awesome. And the spring rolls we made; best ever. I especially like that we could eat all the food we made. Highly recommend this cooking class to all :)
