We arrived after a 4 hour drive from Hue and were greeted by the wonderful staff. Check in took minutes and we were off to our room, what a fabulous room to spend 6 nights, jaccuzi bath, indoor and outdoor shower every amenity possible, only downside the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. I asked for a mattress topper but instead one was taken off I did get used to the hard mattress eventually. Our room was a junior suite room 302 on the left hand side of the resort just steps from the beach with the roaring sound of the sea. We had sun loungers on the terrace also on the small stretch of grass and a hammock all in front of our room.
We ate in the hotel one evening the service and food were very good also the excellent buffet breakfast. We had a complimentary massage in the spa which was devine would have liked one daily.
Hoi an is wonderful especially at night and we had clothes made which were of good quality and fit. So many good retaurants to choose from our favourite was Cargo.
Turn right out of the hotel 5-10 minutes walk to crossroad turn left lots of shops 30 yards a cheap and very good eating place Boa han we ate here 3nights.
I would recommend the Victoria the wonderful staff, all the special touches, chocs flower and story each evening cant wait to return best ever beach resort.

Room Tip: Junior suite

We have spent three nights at this resort, but wish we were staying longer. We stayed in a garden view room which still had beach and pool views. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The resort is located 5km out of Hoi An town but there is a shuttle bus and free bicycles available. Also a taxi is only $5 Australian each way.
The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of foods.
We will certainly stay at this hotel again on a return visit to Hoi An.

We stayed at the Victoria Hoi An for 9 nights just to wind down and relax. We could not have picked a better place. The resort was well laid out, clean and had everything you could have wanted. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived; the staff were smartly dressed, attentive and set out to ensure we had a great time.
The room was clean and spacious, well laid out with a very comfortable large bed. The bathroom was large and contained ample storage space for clothing at the entrance. The balcony gave us a great view over the well maintained gardens and we were also lucky enough to have a view of the pool and the sea. We stayed in room 140. The use of Flip flops, hats, bags and kimonos were a very nice touch as was the story scroll placed on the bed each evening with the turn down service.
The pool and surrounding areas were again well maintained at had the most comfortable sun loungers we have ever had. There was ample shade and the pool staff were always on hand to assist if required. In the 10 days we were here we never had any problem getting a lounger. The beach area at the edge of the resort was good with ample loungers and shade.
Breakfast was excellent; the large choice of food and drink set us up for the day. The evening themed meals were also excellent and the shows that were put on were very enjoyable.
The staff at the well stocked pool bar provided excellent service, they were friendly, helpful, cheerful and great people to talk to.
The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to town which was good but the staff would happily ring you a taxi if you wanted to go outside of the free bus timetable. The cab fare was very reasonable at 80000 – 100000 VND (£2.50 - £3)
Overall the time we spent at this resort was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere and the service was brilliant and along with the truly marvellous staff it made our stay absolutely wonderful. We can honestly say that this was the best break we have ever had and the most comfortable we have ever felt, making this resort the best we have stayed at. We shall be returning!!

Room Tip: Garden view room 140 also gives you view of the sea.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in this very well-situated hotel during our tour of Vietnam. Our room was spacious and although the furnishings were fairly basic, there was a seating area and very large shower in the ensuite. We were on the ground floor, 130, and it had a domed ceiling with no room above which was a bonus! The food was excellent, there were extensive buffets each evening and a terrific breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely friendly. There is a courtesy minibus into the centre of Hoi An several times a day. The town itself is good to visit but we found a few hours were enough and took a taxi back to the hotel and enjoyed some time sunbathing at the infinity pool, a relaxing break.

Room Tip: Probably worth having a sea facing room but for 2 nights room 130was fine.

We stayed 7 nights & really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a private beach on one side & a public beach on the other. The central beach seems to have washed away! Our room was on the river side & was very nicely decorated with good balcony for afternoon sun and a good shower. Free wifi was a bit patchy but worked most of the time. There is a noisy road between the river & hotel so book a sea view if you want peace & quiet. Nice pool & very good breakfast buffet. The free shuttle bus to Hoi An centre (5k) was very popular. Staff were excellent and the grounds were very well maintained. Good massage in the Spa Centre. Would recommend.

Room Tip: There is a noisy road between hotel & river so book a sea view if you want peace & quiet.
