Stayed here for 3 nights in May. Weather was very hot and humid so we really enjoyed the proximity to the old town of Hoi An and the free shuttle service which enabled us to return to air conditioned room to recover from heat. Hard to choose between the pool or the beach as both were lovely- especially enjoyed lazing in the large round bed type loungers on the beach. Staff very professional and helpful with good English. Lovely choices for breakfast. Especially appreciated the upgrade on arrival. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting 4 star accommodation near Hoi An but far enough away to avoid noise and constant motorbikes.

We stayed here as part of our Honeymoon, this was our just sit by the beach/pool and relax.
And we couldn't have been happier, the room was perfect, comfy bed, clean, good air conditioning, really helpful genuine staff, a good breakfast buffet, good sized clean pool with plenty of sun beds, sandy beach and an excellent spa.
We had a couples Swedish massage and it was great, I would totally recommend it.
They have a complimentary bus service to the main town everyday that runs at regular intervals, it gets busy so don't wait to the last minute to get it.
The only down side was the cost of their airport transfer, it's a lot more expensive than getting a taxi so I would recommend getting a taxi from the airport, think it cost about 350000 dong or 16 dollars.
Other than that I've really got no issues with this hotel it truly is great and the only advice I can give you is to book it, you'll love it we did.

I stayed a few days here and a few days in central Hoi An, and very glad I did both. This is a lovely beach resort, very friendly and welcoming staff (particularly the activities desk, but everywhere really), nice room overlooking the beach and very good food. The walk to the room is through a beautiful garden, and the colonial style room with lots of wood features was perfect. I wasn't sure if it is a good place for a single person to go, but it very much was - the staff were so nice, I never felt lonely among the romantic couples! You can hire bikes to go to nearby Hoi An (or get the shuttle), and it is a nice ride through the Vietnamese country-side, albeit a warm ride. Breakfast is very relaxing, great selection and just superb to enjoy the fresh pastries and a coffee feeling the breeze come in over the ocean. I'll definitely be back.

Room Tip: Definitely worth upgrading yourself to a larger room.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and had interconnecting Junior Suites on the beachfront. The accommodation and the whole resort is beautiful. Service is great, location is perfect. This hotel is a short cab ride into town. There is a shuttle bus however as cabs are so cheap we thought it better to help boost a cab drivers wage rather than trying to be ready when the bus was leaving.
I cannot think of anything negative to say about this place. Our rooms were lovely and we loved the outdoor showers. It is a lovely place to just spend time relaxing poolside, on the beach or on your rooms terrace.
Breakfast was the usual buffet and lovely. Drinks service around the pool was easy.
This hotel was the perfect beachfront resort for us and I hope I get back there one day.

Room Tip: We were in a beachfront Junior Suite which I would definitely recommend. However, I think just get...

The Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort was our third stop in Vietnam after visiting Halong Bay and Hanoi.
When we arrived the sun was shining and the setting blew us away. A gorgeous colonial-type hotel with beautiful gardens and and a fantastic location right on Cua Dai beach.
The front desk service was impeccable and we were taken to our amazing beach front Deluxe Room with no delay. The room was beautifully appointed with incredible views of the South China Sea. Access to Hoi An town is provided by free courtesy shuttle by the hotel and we used this facility to make regular trips to eat and shop. Hoi An is a place not to be missed. Tranquil, peaceful, charming - everything you have read about in guide books and more!!
Each evening we returned to our room, the housekeeping team had turned down our bed and switched our lights on and had also left a single red rose and a scroll with a Vietnamese fable on the bed - this was a very nice touch in our humble opinion!!
We had breakfast every morning and thought that the food selection and quality was excellent - as were the very friendly staff.
Our stay at the hotel was over 5 days and we used the pool and beach in equal measure - each time a pool, attendant made sure we had towels or a lounger - whatever we needed!!
The views of the beach and sea are to die for and we cannot wait to return to the Victoria Hoi An.

Just about to leave after 9 nights of absolute relaxation. From stepping through the cool reception on day one we have been so well looked after. Little unexpected treats like the bedtime story and chocolates left on an evening after the room is prepared for the night. The cold towels waiting at the front of reception when you stagger sweating and shattered from the blinding heat of the day. The free shuttle bus into Hoi An where many restaurants await discovery. The polite and friendly staff....must mention Thu whose endless tea provision with a cheery smile at breakfast was both humerous and oh so necessary. The breakfast hits all the spots with every nationality catered for. The pancakes are particularly devine!! The location is stunning right next to the beach and the pool is the best I've ever swam in. The motor cycle and side car trip is a hoot and we loved our first massage in the spa. All said this is one of the best hotels I've ever stopped in and leave the most relaxed EVER... Well done and many many thanks to the great team here who ultimately make the difference.

Room Tip: Our room was on the upper floor and overlooked the garden so although not the best view it was very...

It's very hard when everyone raves about a hotel to be negative but we just really felt let down by the quality of the rooms here and the patchy service.

Let me just say that the pool/beach of this hotel is very special - difficult to beat in terms of location. We spent a very happy 3 days lazing by the pool and were very sad to leave it!

However, we had quite bad problems checking in - as they had given us rooms at least 3 levels below what had been booked. When we pointed out the mistake, I would say we were definitely made to feel like it our mistake not theirs. An hour later and with our heels firmly dug in, we were eventually allocated what had been booked. Not a great start.

Then the rooms... my parents had a beach-front villa which they were very disappointed with - it was meant to be the highlight of the trip for them but it was tired, very dark and the bed was very uncomfortable. My room was a superior deluxe and it did have a sea view but again was very tired, basic, dark and uncomfortable.

We'd come from Cambodia and, in particular, had absolutely loved their sister hotel the Victoria Angkor Wat - especially as the service there had been dazzling. Here, the staff seemed very tired and not that keen to serve. This was especially apparent around the pool - you had to physically go and find someone to order a drink from or to get a sunshade etc etc. It just felt a bit listless and without leadership - in fact we didn't think we saw a manager throughout our stay.

On the plus side the food was delicious and the restaurant manager was excellent.

Would I come back? Possibly for the amazing location but I might hesitate to part with our hard-earned cash....
