Tonight we had grilled pork with peanut sauce which you hand rolled with salad in rice paper: Grilled squid served with boiled rice and stir fry vegetables (the best squid we have eaten EVER in Hoi An): Minced Mussels with onions - which I even enjoyed and I am not fussed with missels: Banh Sao - (HUGE plate of five with accompanying rice paper and salad - little bit underdone for my liking: We also had 1 large beer and 2 diet cokes and total bill was 280,000 Dong - $14.00 AUD.
Situated at 11 Nguyen Hoang Streert, opposite the night market looking onto the street so you can watch the world pass by. Great ambiance and food is equally as good. There are two restaurants very simialr names ie. this one and Restaurant Dung. We were the ONLY westerners there which is a great indication of the authentic Vietnamese Cuisine. Normal sized chairs and tablecloths with even tablecloths.
HIGHLY recommend as the food was good, the staff very helpful and attentivre and as usual the vietnamese were fantastic at my faltering Vietnamese!!!!
