Loved our 5 nights here and were very sad to leave. Great place to stay, lovely staff, Lana rocks, quiet, great swimming pool, awesome location... we can't say enough. We'll be back and recommending to friends.

We had a great time in Hoi An and especially at Botanic Garden Homestay. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa which was very comfortable and exceptionally good value. Good breakfasts, free bikes and rapid laundry service, but above all the staff are super friendly and very helpful. They met us on arrival at the airport, arranged a trip for us to the Cham ruins at My Son and organised our onward travel to Hue. Highly recommended.

It is an amazing nice place with a lot of trees, plants and flowers. One gets really a botanical garden feeling. A very nice bed. Huge room. Sitting group. Fridge. I love this place and if I am going back to Hoi An, I will definitely stay there. Nice and helpful people.
I didn't give them 5 stars because they need to improve the cleanliness of the teacups, cups in the bathroom and the wineglass. They just rinsed the glasses in water in our bathroom. We washed it ourselves, so it is not a big problem.
The breakfast was includes and nice. Just a nice bike ride to the city centre. They should get some bikes for tall people also :) If it is possible to buy in Vietnam.

Our stay at Botanic Gsrden Homestay started at the airport in Da Nang where we were picked up from. Nice gentleman introduced himself and brought us to Hoi An.

Location is great. Just a wslking distance from The Old Market and the beach.

Staff was frendly, smiling, helpful and professional.

We stayed at Jasmine 2 bungalow. Enough room for a whole family.

Breakfast served was made my the locals.

Bicycles availabe on rewuest free of charge.

We booked a 2- hour trip to a Marble Mountains. With a guide abd car cost only 40 USD.

This hotel is like an oasis in close to the citycenter. They have free bikes and they have a very good service. The staff speaks exeptable English and the rooms are clean. Some of the teacups were dirty though, but that doesn´t matter because everything else is very good. They also have a swimmingpool. It is a little bit cold, but after a swetty day that´s perfect.

We had some problem at the beginning because they double booked our room so I would advise to contact them just before arriving to make sure everything is fine. They did find us another place and give us a free upgrade the other nights to make up for it. We had decided to stay somewhere else due to the mistake but this was really the best value place with the luxuirious homestay feel.

We actually preferred the cheaper big rooms upstairs rather than the villa we had because the villa's although bigger didn't have so much light. Anyway they were both very nice and the whole place was very cozy. Some villas are definitely better than others so check other reviews on that.

The staff were really friendly and always wanted to help and bikes were free. Location was also great. Swimming pool is tiny but enough to cool down. Not really room to lounge by the pool but we weren't looking for that anyway.

We stayed in this hotel in July 2013. I finally decide to write this comment. We had a very unpleasant experience with the owner and the staff. We borrowed the bycicles on our first night and locked them with the lock we were provided with. When we wanted to cycle back ( around 21.00) the bycicles had disappeared. We were in shock and telephoned the hotel straight away. We returned by taxi and then the trouble began. We were accused of carelessness, asked to pay, something , all this by the staff. Their smiles had suddenly disappeared. Then on the day of our departure we were denied our passports. We had to pay 200 dollars first. The owner arrived and behaved very unfriendly. We were intimidated and angry too. All this resulted in a very bad experience. We payed in the end. Then after a week we received an email, the bycicles were found, ( taken care of by someone) We never received our money back, they donot answer our polite emails. Money gone....

Room Tip: rooms are very small,
