We stayed for 5 nights with Ms. Ly and her family.
The houses are in a beautiful area about a 15 minute walk out of town. Ms Ly has strong English which helped immensely, she handled everything from booking tours, washing clothes, providing meals, and giving helpful advice.

Thankyou cam chau and Ms Ly!

I spent three nights in the home of Huyen, Van and their two sons. My stay was absolutely great, and it is so much more characterful being in the home of a real vietnamese family rather than a bland hotel.

The location is about 10 minutes by bicycle from the historic town centre, along a flat and quiet road. The bicycle was included in my stay, along with a rain jacket when the weather turned bad! Also included was a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning, served in the family kitchen / dining room.

My room was clean and comfortable, with a big double bed and plenty of hot water for the en-suite shower room. However don't be fooled by the picture on the website. While some of the rooms may be luxuriously furnished and decorated, mine was not. It was basic and functional, so luxury seekers may wish to look elsewhere. However at this price I was more than satisfied, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks to Huyen, Van and family for making my stay in Hoi An so happy and memorable.

My husband and i spend three days with Mrs Ly and her family. We have a lot of fun, we took cooking class with Ly and shared a diner together. The house is beautiful and very clean, we had a private room and bathroom. Ly's husband also made a lot of very nice cloths for us (he is a tailor) for a very cheap price! I recommend this place!

Arriving to the family at Dung Cam Chau Homestay is a great experience with a very friendly and helpfull pair of hosts, that in any way made our stay over four days til one of the best times in Vietnam untill now. Having dinner together overruled all language difficulties. We are looking forward to return some day and recommend this homstay on the most.

We planned to stay for 3 Days in this this Family in Hoi An. But the lovely town and the welcoming family were reasons to stay three days longer. We felt so comfortable beeing here that we will miss them. At the first night we arrived we were very hungry and everything was closed around the area so our hostmum served us an lovely dinner for free and they invited us to the wedding of their son for the next day. It was a great experience to get to know the vietnamese wedding traditions. All in all it was the perfect decision to stay in this family and we were really sad to leave. Our room was very nice and clean though the bed was a little bit to hard but this really the only negative point, the bathroom was incredible. If you want to experience a local vietnamese family life you should come here.
