As we were on Alisha's group all I can do is reiterate her comments.
Collected from the hotel in a mini bus by Van and her driver, we were immediately put at ease and felt part of the group.
After choosing your dish from a long list, Van took notice of any dietary requirements and made reference to these throughout the day (I.e. no chillies/mushrooms etc).
Any questions were answered in the market and then back at her gorgeous house, which is perfectly set up for the course.
We loved the fact that there were 9 different dishes to prepare and try, but best of all we chose them. Other cooking schools all seem to decide on the menu and you get no say.
All the cooking and prep methods were explained and practiced, (including cleaning of squid!) and there was a lovely gift for all on completion.
