Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable, has everything you need. Really good breakfast which is included in the price as well as good wifi throughout the hotel and a swimming pool. Most backpackers seem to go here, and it was a great way to meet people!

If you're just there to get drunk and party in the hostel all day/night then it'll be Ok. But it's far away from both Old town and the beach so crap location. We stayed in Hoi An for over a week but checked out of here after one night because it was too expensive, too far way from old town and was just a party hotel. I would recommend staying in a guest house in old town, you'll get a much better vibe and cheaper drinks at the restaurants!

Great place if you're fine with missing out on some sleep. Great location, near the city centre and the beaches. Really nice (and big) hotel with pool, clean dorms, good bathrooms... The staff is superfriendly and helpful and the breakfast buffé is really good! We ended up in what we later would refer to as the "nightmare dorm" but can't blame that on the hotel, rather on the people in it. A lot of noise during the night though, but as mentioned, if you don't mind missing out on a couple of hours sleep it's not a problem. Classic backpacker place and a great spot for meeting people!

I had reserved a room over the phone for few days. They offered me the first night in the dorm, which I accepted. In the evening I found out that they did not have a room for me and they had given the dorm bed to someone else. So in few words they left me stranded without a place to go during one of the busiest holiday in vietnam
I d also add that the dorm roms are a disgrace. The mattresses are very very dirty so the bed linen.the rooms have a strong smell of mould as they have no wi dows and travellers hang their clothes to dry in the room.

We got a private room for couple dollars more. Very basic, TV with movie channels, good air-con and wifi. Room cleaned every day, fresh towels and bananas.

Very friendly staff at reception but not so much in the restaurant. Nice pool but must be down early to get a sun lounger. Good restaurant across the road "Solo".

We were on 4th floor with no lift but staff were happy to help lift my case up.

Great pool, nice social atmosphere, and very helpful staff.
It's well situated between the old town and the beach, only a few minutes by bike or scooter, or a nice enough walk if you've got the time.
The ladies on the front desk are really nice!

We stayed in a superior room which was nice. I don't think it could quite be classed as superior but it was a nice room for the price (and a real luxury having a bath in SE Asia!). However, the rest of the hotel does feel quite like a form for a school trip, tonnes of younger travellers always hanging around so it does get really crowded and loud. Also, the staff are really not friendly, the restaurant staff have a real attitude problem! Not a bad location, 15 min bike ride from town which was fine! Overall, an okay hotel but we then moved an paid less somewhere else which was much nicer and closer to town!
