Although the hotel is nice located on the beach with a good swimming pool it is not relaxed and feels very sterile. The biggest problem is that there are not enough relax beds and parasols on the beach (and swimming pool) Unbelievable for a hotel like this!! All resulting in people sitting (protecting) on the beds already at 06:15 in the morning waiting for the mattresses. Next to that I had to call 3 times to get my suitcases delivered at the room. Desk says yes and does no. The shower is not stable in warm/cold. However rooms are good and have wonderful beds. Overall it is a ok hotel but clearly not outstanding. They 'could' change it easily but it seems staff does not see the problem.

We stayed here for 8 nights which seemed quite unusual, most people seemed to stay c.3 nights as part of a tour. As we were staying a bit longer, the hotel gave us a voucher for a free evening meal and a free foot massage which was a nice thing to do.
We stayed in the main building and the rooms were lovely - really clean and fresh. As others have commented, you get jars of shampoo etc to use. The shower is excellent and the bathroom is beautifully tiled throughout.
You are given tea and coffee but have to phone the room service for fresh milk - however, they come in less than a couple of minutes and you can then put the milk in the minibar to use later anyway. You can also phone for extra tea/coffees or just ask the cleaner when she comes round.
They change the towels twice a day! When they come to turn down in the evening the change the towels if they have been used during the day.
The shuttle bus to town is really good - 6 times a day. The last one coming back at 9.30 (which seems early but most things are closing then anyway) sometimes there was more than a minibus of people to come back, so they just send another one.
We took their cycles out one morning (free) - this is probably one thing they could do with improving as they were rusty wrecks - however, they did the job and we pottered around the paddy fields for a morning.
We had a problem with the sink one day - I went to reception, within 2 mins someone was there and it was fixed in no time - really good service.
The pool and surroundings were lovely and peaceful, we didn't bother with the beach which was lovely too. The pool staff though are more than happy to take beds down to the beach or bring them back for you.
The food in the pool bar was good - obviously a bit more expensive than elsewhere but cooked well. The set menu in the restaurant at night was excellent - although only ate there once. I felt a bit sorry for the staff as they were lovely but had little to do as everyone went to Hoi An in the evening. That was the same with the bar - lovely staff.
Breakfast is the usual buffet with egg station etc - but if they ran out of anyone, they would quickly get some more for you. Also teh fruit selection was good.
We ate a few times in the middle restaurant across the road. The girls were lovely and the food was fine - didn't always come in the right order but that was part of the charm (and don't order the pizza as made with ketchup!) Their beer and cocktails were cheap so it was an easy choice to make.
We booked two trips through the hotel - day trip to Hue and half day to My Son. Both were cheaper than others advertised in town and were really good. We had the same guide (Lam) both times and he was lovely, the hotel supplied the driver so they were private tours.
Please mind a very small step at the entrance to the hotel - a lady tripped on it whilst we were there and broke her knee and spent a week in hospital having an operation.
The staff were really helpful - one day they charged my tablet up for me (as in the rooms the electricity goes off when you take the key out). They always passed the time of day with you and asked if everything was ok.
There was a couple there for 2 weeks for just a relaxing holiday (as been there before) and I think this hotel would be ideal for this.
All in all the hotel was just what I had hoped it would be and I would recommend to anyone

This is a lovely place. The hotel building is all in white and sparkles in the sunshine. It has an air of openness and light. A path from the restaurant leads across the lawns and through the palm trees to the pool and then beyond to the beach. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and were very well looked after. Our room was lovely and well specified, with a balcony looking down towards the pool. The breakfasts were excellent and the service at all times was first class. Although the hotel is 5km from the old town of Hoi An, there is a regular free shuttle bus, and the taxi we used on one occasion charged only $10.

This is a very well-situated hotel on a beach. The only problem for us was that we had terrible weather while we were there and weren't able to use the pool or the beach, which was very frustrating as we were looking forward to both and had the only day off of our tour while we were there. The hotel was very good though and the food for breakfast was excellent. We used the free shuttle bus a lot as going in to Hoi An was the only option in the rain. We thoroughly explored Hoi An and managed to do a lot of souvenir shopping there as well as enjoying cocktails and very good meals at the bars and restaurants there. We filled in the hotel questionnaire with a couple of very minor quibbles and were surprised to hear from the management on our return saying that they had been fixed - very impressive!

We have just returned from a three week trip across Malaysia and Vietnam, what a great place to end a fabulous holiday, the setting and design of the hotel are spot on, breakfasts great and the free shuttle into Hoi an is an added bonus, a must go back hotel, loved it.
