This hotel was selected for peace and quiet after a stay in HCM. We were upgraded to a semi-detached bungalow beside the superb pool. The staff were very willing though not everyone spoke good english and why should they! The room was great, though a door between the bathroom and main sleeping areas would recognise sensibilities. The poolside snack menu was good and meals in the main restaurant were fine. A good free shuttle service links you to Hoi An centre. In essence, a luxury hotel convenient to the bustle of Hoi An.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, this hotel was just fantastic. The buildings, pool, restaurant, beach were great, but the best part of this hotel are it's caring staff. From fresh sheets every day, huge buffet breakfast, great pool side restaurant and a free massage as well. I could go on and on about this hotel but I think you can guess by now it's great.

Room Tip: Try and get a bungalow

We spent two nights here as part of a private tour of Vietnam in April. The rooms were stunning with lots of space, contemporary styling, big comfortable beds and views over the pool. Pool was great and the beach was only a few yards away. Prices in the bar were reasonable for a hotel as well as the snacks at the pool. Breakfast was good too. Excellent friendly free shuttle service into Hoi An. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

I think this is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was fantastic - our villa was about 20 metres from the beach and 5 from the swimming pool. The staff couldn't do enough for us - even laid the beach towels on the sun beds for us. If there were no sunbeds on the beach they would run and get some for us. We borrowed bikes to cycle into town which was a pleasure. Food was fine - we ate in the restaurant on our first night there as we were feeling a little fragile! I would love to go back - but for longer next time.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this resort - the rooms were spacious, beautiful grounds and a good breakfast selection. The buses into town were regular (compared to one of the other resorts just next door where our friends stayed)

But i am only willing to give a rating of 4 due to the following -

No beach towels available every single time we asked - they need to either purchase more or increase the regularity of the laundry service

The shower had drainage issues and the water flooded onto the floor

Lack of drawer space

Our room had a significant cigarette smell stench

Despite the above, we really enjoyed our stay - even though the property was fully booked, it was still easy to get a table at breakfast and a lounge chair by the pool (minus the towel!). There was a nice spacious feel to the resort.

Room Tip: Request a room on the 2nd floor for more privacy and better views.

We spent 5 nights here with our 3 daughters. The facilities are brilliant - a big swimming pool, easy access to the beach, a great restaurant (and kids eat for free!). We stayed in 2 rooms on the ground floor of one of the houses facing on to the pool, which I would highly recommend. The staff are absolutely incredible and amazing with our kids. After the craziness of Hoi An, it's the perfect place to get away and relax.

We stayed three nights from April 4-7
No trick pic's here. The moment you walk into that beautiful grand entrance, it's wow factor. The pool is amazing, the beach clean and shaded deck chairs await. The rooms are nice, overlooking pool area. Breakfast is good, But not overly fussed on the food.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a beautiful hotel, & would most certainly return. Highly recommend!
