New and clean (newer than Than Van 1), free bicycle renting, helpful staff, good breakfast and nice pool. The location is a bit far, but there are hourly shuttles to Than Van 1 - from there the old beautiful town is close :) Don't trust their wake-up call and getting your laundry back on time (they kind of lost ours, and found it after a couple of hours, returning it to us a bit wet). Don' trust the flights praces offered by the reception (we easily found a cheaper price on the web).

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in October 2013 and very much enjoyed our stay. We were able to negotiate the rate because we came to the hotel last minute and feel it would have been hard to beat the value for money at this hotel given how new it is. The staff is friendly and helpful and the free bikes are a great way to see the area surrounding hoi an and for biking to the beach - although the bikes could do with a refreshment. The breakfast was fantastic and was all you could eat fresh fruit, omelet and scrabbled eggs made to your instructions, fried rice and pastries. The hotel is located 10 minute walking to the old quarter but we did not find this problematic as the walk was interesting the first few times and after that we used bikes to get the the old quarter quickly. The hotel is also located on the way to a beach which is not very crowded which we assume is nicer than cua dia, although we did not go there. Summarizing excellent breakfast, brand new hotel, cheap for quality but 10 minute walk away from the old quarter.

A grand economy hotel with huge rooms, very friendly staff, nice breakfast. A 20 minute walk to the river and tourist precinct, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus. Excellent massages. There was a bit of construction going on next door but it didn't bother me.

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet at night. Check the floor plan for rooms with balconies. Some rooms are huge.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, however from the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to view the exact rooms before booking, which were spacious and clean. The hotel is a little way out of Hoi An itself, at least 15 mins walking to reach the river front, however a free shuttle runs from the sister hotel in town every hour. The staff kindly arranged our onward travel train tickets and had these ready for us at checkout and the hotel owns a couple of scooters which you can rent very cheaply, which are ideal for getting to the beach etc.

We arrived late night, after been travelling all day by bus, so it was safe to say that we were tired and just wanted a nice place to stay.
The staff was very helpful getting our luggage up to our room, and the room was great. Nice big, light room with a balcony and view over the pool, + a big ensuite.
The air-con worked (travelling in Asia, you learn that even though there is an air-con, it might not work), the pool was lovely and double bed was nice and comfy.
The breakfast buffet was lovely and some things changed from day to day. They also cook your eggs axactly like you want, which is a missive plus for a breakfast buffets that costs no more than $15 for two people.
The hotel also lents out bikes for free, so it's easy to get to the town and beach, all free.
I will def stay here again, when i come back to Hoi An.

This hotel is incredibly noisy with a loud cafe and construction nearby. The staff was kind but always selling. The hotel does not take a credit card. Breakfast was average. The hotel is not near the town nor the beach. Worst of all they sold us a bus ticket promising it was better than the train and it was one of the worst experiences I could imagine.

clean, roomy and comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, excellent breakfast, good computers in lobby, friendly and helpful staff, free bicycles, shuttle to edge of tourist district, good info on local attractions and a wide range of booking options. price excellent value for money.

only downside: staff appear to be working on commission. it felt like every time we walked in or out, someone tried to sell us something. the funny one was when the employee tried to tell us, at 10pm, that we needed to book our airport taxi with her immediatey (36 hours beforehand) because it was high season. er, no.
also, no credit card payment.

Room Tip: currently has construction next door--ask for a room facing away from this if daytime noise is a pro...
