A great cooking class, which entails a lot more than other cooking classes we have done, you do the usual market tour, then a boat trip to the island, then a small boat trip through a water coconut plantation and then you go on tho the cooking class where you are shown how rice milk is made. The menu consists of four simple but delicious meals, the chef who doesn't speak English runs the class really well with the help of an interpreter, you never lose track of the class. A really well run cooking class.
