This was an exceptional experience. Our guide Sam was amazing, and well assisted by Tony. Sam was knowledgeable and fun. We toured the local market, tasted more than 20 local dishes, worked in the organic garden and learnt how to cook 5 dishes. The diversity of ingredients, textures and flavours was a wonderful surprise.
