We visited Cava on the basis of an excellent 'Rough Guide' review.
Our meal was the most expensive yet the worst food that we have experienced in Vietnam. Orders slow to arrive despite few customers & food clearly not tasted by the chef.
A major disappointment given there are so many excellent places to eat in Hoi An.

We went to cava bar expecting quality food, it was terrible. In edible. Hoi an has amazing food bit this place fails dismally. Good location and nice decor don't compensate for poor quality. :(

If you're looking for something a little different than the usual Vietnamese, and expat Western cuisine, then look no further. Offering a fantastic range of Mediterranean style dishes, the Brasserie Cava really delivers. Don't be scared off by the slightly higher than average prices. I guarantee you won't go away hungry as the serving sizes are very generous. The haydari in particular is to die for. They also make fantastic Mojito's and have an incredible outdoor patio.

We ate here twice while visiting Hoi An. The meals were large and delicious. My wife enjoyed the scallops. The chicken skewers were great. We enjoyed the dips and especially the mojitos. Good service.
