Stayed here last month (March) and the weather was perfect. the hotel is a Tripadvisor recommend and I can see why. It has a rooftop pool, great rooms for the price and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Ho An old town is a short couple of minutes away which means this location is perfect as you do not get the hoards of tourists and Ozzy/Irish bars, just the local restaurants and bars which are a thousand times better and cheaper.

As with the rest of Vietnam most restaurants and bars close reasonably early 10pm to midnightish. This means the traffic and noise is much less at night so front of house rooms should not be a problem. As with anywhere, if you look hard enough you can party all night and the Volcano Backpackers Bar is nearby but not so you would notice if that's your bag.

How can you top the praise in the other reviews! My wife and I booked in for 2 nights and ended up staying 6 nights. The management could be justly proud of assembling such a great staff where nothing is an effort for them. This was definitely our best experience of efficiency and hospitality in a 3 week holiday of Vietnam and Cambodia. We arrived at the hotel for a late evening checkin and were treated to fruit juice and a cooling towel from the desk staff. I mentioned to the staff if they knew of a place where we could get something to eat and was immediately escorted to a cafe just a few doors away where we were served a beautiful meal at this late hour. (After trying some of the more well known restaurants in Hoi An we settled on this restaurant for quality and price for our stay.)
The rooms in the hotel are spotlessly serviced and maintained and it is rare to find everything working in hotels in Vietnam. We found that although the hotel is not in Old Hoi An this short walk is an advantage rather than a disadvantage because it allows for up to date comforts of the more modern hotels. The rooftop swimming pool is a real plus and after walking around Hoi An for a few hours it is great to come back to the hotel and cool down and refresh from the heat.
Ms. Emily with her efficiency and the rest of her younger staff with their enthusiasm are the hotels best assets and make for an enjoyable and long to be forgotten stay in Hoi An.

This was my third trip to Hoi An and this hotel is a good find, nothing is too much trouble for all staff involved and the breakfast greetings and eatings were always genuine and enjoyable. Everything was clean and well kept, I loved the pool my only regret is that our room had no view and was dark as a result.

Room Tip: You'd want to ask for rooms 44 or 45 or those directly below for a lovely view of rice fields an...

We are a couple from the uk This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in on our 3 week trip to Vietnam ! We arrived early for check in (11.30am) when check in wasnt until 2. we were given arrival drinks and asked to wait 30 mins for our room to be cleaned. so we headed to The roof top pool which we had to ourselves ! When we got to our room it was spotless! A good size, small private balcony and a spacious bathroom ! We stayed for 2 night (although could easily have done 7 if we didn't have onward travel) we checked out out at 6am with a take away breakfast and a happy smiley (and a little tired!) receptionist ! Cannot fault it... I haven't written a review like this yet! Perfect ! X

From the second we walked in the door we were made to feel very special. The staff in this hotel are fantastic and really made our stay memorable. Cool towels and cold orange juice on arrival. Shown to our room and everything explained from the wonderful shower to the computer. A great breakfast with some thing to suit every taste. Small rooftop pool with towels provided was a welcome haven after the heat of the day. We had a small problem with our air conditioning unit which was deal with straight away Comfortable beds with pristine bedding. Perfect location not too noisy but close to old town centre. Our forward bus and train travel sorted out with no problems. We cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

Room Tip: 4th floor is handy for the pool but be aware there is no lift.

Best value for money. Emilly and her staff were just excellent. Cooling towel on arrival and a small parting gift on departure made this hotel our favorite on a 3 week holiday in Vietnam. The girls in the buffet breakfast were most welcoming. The roof top pool was cooling in the afternoon heat and our front facing room with a balcony and opening bathroom window was exceptionally clean and inviting. We used the free Wi fi and in room computer. The location of this hotel makes it easy to walk around both sides of the town. There are shops and restaurants just out side and Cafe 43 ( best stuffed squid ) 5 min walk away... Best location ,breakfast, bathroom, bedroom, pool, service and friendliest staff. JUST DO IT!

Room Tip: Get a front facing room with a balcony. Yes it can be noisy but you will be up in the morning anyway...

From the moment we arrived at this hotel and were handed cool towels, and ushered straight into breakfast everything about this charming hotel was Just Perfect. Ms Chan and Ms Nga at the front desk were just wonderful - and nothing was too much trouble for them, from bring up hot water to make tea, to changing money, laundry etc etc and all with a sunny smile.

The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the centre of Old Hoi An which makes it a bit quieter than the more central hotels. It has a gorgeous rooftop swimming pool with sunloungers which is spotlessly clean and a perfect place to soak up some rays. The breakfast were yummy, with a wide variety of food to suit all tastes, including eggs to order and amazing Vietnamese coffee.
The rooms are really pretty with dark wood furniture and lovely design touches.

We originally meant to stay only for 3 nights, but kept on extending our stay until eventually leaving after 7 nights...! When I checked out (very reluctantly) I was given a packed breakfast to take with me (I hadn't even asked for it) and a keyring with my name on it, which was so touching I nearly cried..!

Honestly this is one of the best hotels (and best value) I've ever stayed in and in made our stay in Hoi An truly special.
