I traveled with Buquebus to Colonia and then to Montevideo. I have to say that if this company´s objective was to excel at mediocrity, they have certainly achieved their goal. I tried repeatedly to contact Buquebus to no avail and after 2 pm on Saturday their offices were closed. I tried rebooking online and their web site was down for almost two days. Their staff tried to help but it seemed like they didnt have a clue to what was going on. I am unclear as to how a company of this size is just so provincial in their mindset and customer service, which was terribly absent.
