The guests were mostly Indian, with some westerners also. The hotel is definitely an older property. But it was quiet and comfortable when I was there. The location was great. It was a good value staying here. Room service was a little slow. Breakfast was fine. It was all fine. But it is basic.

In general it was a great experience, noise from the roof, wonder if it was night staff slamming doors, could hear as if it was from above as I was on the top floor. ocaasionally would smell cigarette smoke. shower was broken , tv had very poor reception and very few channels. Reception would cancel my door card frequently requesting and reminding me of where the bill stands at . So it was a hustle going up and trying to gain access only to be denied, in the confusion , I had to go and see why the card would work and that is when the remnder is given out, preety uncomfortable. Overall I can say it was a great experience. The area and location worked very well for me. Will try it out again.

Room Tip: I guess ensure you are out of the range of elevators, and though not very sure but would avoid the t...

Checkin time is 12 Noon, Though we had reached the hotel in the morning, we got the rooms only after 3.30 pm in spite of paying advance. Room service was very poor, if we need some plates or glasses from house keeping, they would as us to come and get it, instead of sending the same to the room, they claim to be 3 star hotel, but the service is no where even near even one star, with torn blankets, toilets are not cleaned properly.
However the hotel is centrally located

I stayed at this hotel from September 30th, 2011 for about 14 days or a little bit more.
Overall the hotel is very nice in a very busy and happening location. The staff at the reception were a combination of Egyptian, Indian, and Filipino (typical UAE) to suit for the needs and demands of guests from a variety of nationalities.

The lobby area is kind of small with not much to do, but it did look like a stylish 5-star hotel with marble floors and shiny layout with a very big crystal chandelier hanging down from the ceiling of the second floor.

The circular stairway leading to the second floor was where the restaurant was located.

There was a gym, which was very small (typical of hotels), and I didn't use it much anyway.

The room was verry comfortable and had most or all the amenities that would be available in a hotel.

The street where the hotel was located had a lot of small shops and stores where you could buy anything from groceries and food to mobile phones and sim cards. This is where I bought my local sim card to use in the UAE.

The location of the hotel is actually not very convenient if you don't have a car or don't plan on renting one. Taxis are not cheap in this country if you're coming from other Middle Eastern countries, but if you're coming from the Western world, then you will probably find them cheaper than where you live. I had to commute to Dubai almost everyday to apply for jobs there since this is where all the jobs in the UAE are located and I had to pay at least 10 AED (16 EGP) to get to the nearest bus station so I can take the bus from Sharjah to Dubai, a journey which takes approximately 1.5-2 hours with the traffic.
However, if you're main purpose of visit is to stay in Sharjah itself, then it should be fine assuming you can manage your own transportation.

There are no known bus services in Sharjah (probably not very frequent or reliable) like Dubai so taxis are the best and only option.

Room Tip: There is no pool and the gym is very small if I remember properly.

The rooms are clean, as well as bathrooms. Staff is kind and helpful. The gym is small with no equipment. Quite a good location. If you're searching for a place where you can have a sleep after a rough day of travelling, it's a good choice.

That was excellent expierience, good, clean, and quite cheap hotel. Near the public parking, offer big beds, and good connection to Dubai. I think that's the best way if you want to sleep close the expensive Dubai.

Comfortable yet not hard on pocket especially when you are on holidays and just want kill the night. Check-in was quick as it was midnight. Wash facility is fine.
Few hard facts; no hangers in the wordrobe to hang your clothes. Drinking water is chargeable. Furnishing is bit old.
