Upon arrival we knew we wanted to transfer, but sadly our booking was non refundable. We even requested transfer to another hotel by the same management, Ramada Dubai, but they didn’t let us. After requesting for transfer that’s when everything went wrong. We have to practically beg for towels, and other stuff like hair dryer, sleepers, tissue etc. at one point there was no water in our room. When we ask the reception, we were told that they have no idea why there was no water in our room.
Breakfast food not good too, but at least staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly.
We’ve been to a lot of hotels, but never have we experienced such a poor service like we just had at Ramada Sharjah.
