What else can you ask for? Just a Greek goddess feeding you a bunch of grapes! Over the top you say? Well, the way we were pampered was nothing less than this.
A bellhop, who would put Speedy Gonzales to shame, welcomed us to the Hilton. A choice of Arabic coffee, fresh fruit juice and dates from a nearby date farm were offered in lobby. After the drive in the sweltering heat, this was duly needed.

From then on it got even better as our stay progressed. Room service was great, food was delicious, amenities (gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, etc.) were excellent! Kids had an amazing time at the pool and playground.

A range of cuisine options in different restaurants satiate your culinary obligations. I personally prefer the buffet restaurant - Flavours. I had taken the buffet package with dinner and breakfast - a decision I am delightfully not regretting.

Since it was summer, the tariff rate was pièce de résistance.

To sum it up, loved my stay at the Hilton with strong intentions of returning.

Room tip: Choose your rooms on the higher floors for an amazing view of AlAin. You have a choice of two views. Pool view and mountain view. You can catch an early sunrise from the pool view rooms and sunsets over the Jabal Hafeet mountain range.

Recently stayed overnight at the Hilton for the first time. In the past would usually stay at what was then the Intercontinental, but is now the Danat. The Hilton's very recently updated rooms are the nicest in the city. Am very much hoping that the renovation will stretch out to the public areas, which still bear the pale green carpet of the past. Had a truly fantastic meal at the Hiltonia (the Italiano burger) - extremely generous portion. Saw as well that the Hilton Al Ain will soon open a Toki, like at the Hilton Abu Dhabi. This is a great restaurant and will be a great addition. Sadly, was so busy running around that wasn't able to take advantage of what looked like a truly wonderful swimming pool, complete with swim-up bar. Perhaps next time...

I recently had to travel to Al Ain on business and stayed in the Al Ain Hilton, what a refreshing experience, the staff, without exception, were helpful, polite and efficient, what more could one ask for!
I will definitely stay there again given the chance and would recommend it as a place to stay for anyone traveling to Al Ain.

I just spent a week at the Al Ain Hilton and found it to be comfortable and efficiently run. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, the bathroom sensibly laid out, and the bed comfortable. For some reason the bulbs in the bed-side lamps both went dead almost as soon as they were turned on and weren't replaced (perhaps staff are used to them fusing and have given up), but there was adequate lighting without them. Hilton still have the extremely irritating habit (fortunately a little on the wane elsewhere) of charging extra (75 dirhams a day, which is about $25) for wi-fi access, which is meagre and short-sighted of them -- it's a silly and petty cash-grab and simply serves to irritate patrons, which is presumably why more sensible hotels are making wi-fi access complimentary. The meal buffet offered a reasonable range of choice and the food was as good as buffet food tends to get -- a little heavy on the meat side in the cooked dishes, so vegetarians beware, though there were plenty of salad side dishes too. The restaurant staff are attentive and amiable. There are a couple of swimming pools, one for swimming lengths. So all in all, a pleasant experience and I'd be more than happy to stay there again.

I have stayed at the Hilton in Al Ain a number of times in the past 5 years. Their recent upgrade of the rooms has certainly made a difference to your Hilton experience. The service was outstanding and the staff exceptionally helpful and professional. The gardens and pool area were very pleasant.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a view of the pool.
