We went from 7-14th October for my 27th Birthday and my boyfriend proposed out there which was great. we had a trip with Thomas Cook to the Vogue diamonds jewellery which was excellent because we got a ring which would be worth double in the UK. Also They had a shop here in Brighton which gave us peace of mind. Anyway back to the hotel. I was very impressed with the hotel reception, and the room 509 we had was perfect on the top floor with a view of the pool and the sea. It was exceptionally clean and the drinks were good. The beer on tap was Efes pilsner for any blokes like mine who it is very important what beer is on! He thought that was fine although I thought the vodka was a little watered down and I did not get drunk at all while I was there which is weird for me as I am a 'lightweight'. We are from Merseyside and met another couple there who, like us, thought the food was diabolical. I read the mixed reviews on here about the food all year before we went and thought it can't be that bad. I have been on all inclusives with first choice in spain for similar money and thought that the food was poor. Some may say this was because it was Turkey but I don't think so because the food in Marmaris town centre was just fine and we were forced to go out for a meal, like the other couple because we found the food was just reheated from previous meals. I understand when you go away you need to accept changes from English meals but this was just poor quality meat and it did not improve on the A la Carte meal we had one night with salads sitting on the table for hours and then they just seat you down to this and rubbery chicken. We just ended up having the pizza and chips from the snack bar in the day and soup and salad again in the evening. However this is definately not a Turkish problem because restaurants in the area were just fine. Anyone wanting a cheap holiday beware because it costs 10 turkish lira for a pint on bar street in the centre of town which is about £5 so we made up for the drinks in the hotel with our all inclusive but again were disgusted with the food. Also not in Dalaman airport it costs £10 for a burger in the McDonalds so get a butty before you leave the hotel when you return. Also the transfer from the airport to the hotel is about 2 hours. Apart from this we were happy with the accomodation, and drinks but not happy with the food and how the Turkish seem to hassel you constantly to buy stuff.

If you are thinking about booking a holiday here GO FOR IT ! The initial impact of the splendid reception with its attention to detail and cleanliness will amaze you.
From this point it only gets better...
The rooms are fantastic, the views from the balcony are really good, room was cleaned thoroughly every day, bedding changed twice a week, fresh towels every day, the smell of a clean fresh room greeted us every time we opened the door.

The food quality and choice was second to none and the cleanliness of the restaurant was of the highest standard. The chef's were regularly in the restaurant inspecting the food on offer and ensuring that everything was perfect.

The pool is massive and like the rest of the hotel everything around it is kept spotlessly clean, the pool attendand works very hard ensuring everyone has what they need.

The on site turkish bath is a must, after a 2 hour session including sauna, steam room, massage and facial you are guaranteed to feel fantastic, it cost £35 and is well worth it, I would suggest doing this as soon as you can after arrival asit is great for relieving the stress of the journey.

The entire staff went out of their way to ensure that everything for a perfect relaxing holiday was had.

The only thing that could possible be improved (not by the hotel) is the slightly irritating behaviour of a minority of the guests, such as those who'se children have no idea how to eat at a table or when to stop eating huge quantities of deserts and are unable to speak without shouting.

However the overwhelming splendour and beauty of this hotel coupled with the faultless attention to detail and friendliness of the staff made the behaviour of this irritating minority pale into Insignigafance. This was a holiday to remember for all the right reasons.

Excellent hotel and the staff could not do enough for us. The rooms were spacious and we were sure to have clean sheets and towels every day. The dining room was always clean and tidy and the food was first class. Our first time in Turkey and we certainly will be going back hoping the hotel keeps up to its very high standards and holds on to its friendly staff.

Just returned yesterday from Grand Pasa and it was wonderful, best holiday. I have been to Turkey several times and I love it, but this hotel made the experience even more enjoyable. The food could not be faulted, the staff was friendly and approachable and the entertainment was good fun! Already booking for next Summer....

Visited Grand Pasa for the first time, food very repetative, shortage of sun loungers, bar staff looked totally fed up and uninterested, tried to relax but not much chance of that the music was far too loud and inappropriate for the majority of the age group there at the time.
Children's disco started at 9pm which was far too late.
The staff had no control over rowdy holiday makers who were causing disruption in the pool and on the water slides, this could quite easily have turned into a nasty accident.
We will not be returning to the Grand Pasa.
