Just got back from one week stay here. Very Clean, good food, nice and friendly staff.
Would book again for next year. Marmaris beach not very good but down the road better one. Catch the bus for 2 TL. Markets okay but better stuff in main high street of Marmaris. Overall very happy and had a great holiday at Grand Pasa Hotel in Marmaris.

All inclusive hotel with friendly helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Modern public areas well decorated.

Being all inclusive the food choice can become a little 'sameish' but huge offering means you can vary it yourself. An al acrte resturant is on site which is free one night / weeks stay.

A little outside of the main town of Marmaris but lots of local shops and resturants to choose from. Easy walk to the beach if you want to get away from the pool. Entertinment is average but down to personal choice.

Recommended.

Had a great time here. Hotel is clean and the decor tidy. The Spa is well worth a visit. Ok, so the food is a little repetitive and they could do with more room around the pool for the sunbeds but all in all would definitely recommend. Fantastic value for money.

Struggled to eat anything in the main restaurant ,except for breakfast.
Our first evening meal was so bad , the chicken was raw ousing blood and there was no other meat to choose from. the vedgtables were just bowls of cold slop, and the only other thing was cold chips. the salad was not for the english palet. We complained along with 90% of the guests .
the rest of the week an effort was made , but would only compare the food to bad school dinners.
The snack bar was serving raw chicken for the doner kebabs ,and most days we gave up waiting for any edible food to be cooked.
On the last day we went into the restaurant earlier and saw the desserts for the first time as from 8.30 there was never any left.
Apart from the food we had no complaints as the weather was great, and the rooms lovely.
Would go back to Turkey again but would never be able to recommend Grand Pasa to my friends or family, What a shame as with better food would have had a faboulous holiday.

Well, firstly i would like to say that i'm not sure that some of the people on this website know what they are talking about! we booked our holiday last february, being the first holiday for my boyfriend and I, we didnt look at any reviews beforehand, we just booked it! when we got home we read some of the reviews and got quite worried that we had made a bit of a mistake! We thought that it was going to be for 'the older generation' and that we would be a bit out of place (both of us being 19 at the time) BUT i have never seen such a beautiful hotel in all my life, we requested a pool view - not being too fussed if we got it or not - but we did and it was lovely. We arrived at 3am and were welcomed and offered food. The only thing i will say is DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FOOD OR DRINK FROM DALAMAN AIRPORT AS THE PRICES ARE EXTORTIONATE! we paid 15 lira for a 1.5ltr bottle of coke when we got off the plane! Anyway, hotel - beautiful. Rooms - really lovely and nice size. Pool - lovely! but could do with a little more space round as sometimes we struggled to find beds and we NEEDED an umbrella as weather was TOO hot! Slides were great fun, i had a bit of a bump going down and staff took really good care of me and took me to the in-hotel doctors! haha some people have said photographer was 'pushy' which yes i agree with BUT he was never unpleasant and i would not have half the memories of that holiday if he hasnt been around snapping everybody! :) Spa staff are pushy but i found that once u say that you are not interested then they leave you alone! The food i will agree is not up to 5 star expectiations.. very repetitive but i liked what was there. ( and theres a small hotel/bar/restaurant outside the grand pasa which offers a great fry up if your not happy one morning!!!) The area around hotel is nice... very short walk to shops and restaurants although every 5 seconds you have someone trying to get you into their restaurant! Turkish people are really lovely, we didnt come across anyone that was unpleasant. Water park was good but i felt that there could have been a bit more there. We visited one in the mountain but there is one near the beach that you can go to which looked quite good. Beach is rubbish. all shingly and small.. we didnt visit the beach at all. The thing with marmaris is u either go cheaper and get a rubbish hotel rubbish pool and then have a rubbish beach or u pay the extra to have the nice pool so then you are not relying on getting a taxi to icmeler to get to a nice beach.
I am not a professional, and i haven't visited a 5/4 star hotel before so i have nothing to compare this to..BUT i found this hotel absolutely lovely and have booked again for august this year!
oh and the last thing is that I saw the manager about 4 times during my week visit and he spoke to me 2 out of those 4 times. So he wasn't as unpleasant as someone reviewed him to be on here!

Six of us stayed at this hotel for 14 nights we reqested pool views but only two of us got this after waiting a week to change rooms. Hotel very clean, food fantastic with a good choice of both hot and cold food includins Turkish cuisine. Most of the staff were very friendly the entertainment team did their best and in our opinion did a good job both during the day and at night. I bought a ring from the Jewellers in the hotel complex it was diamond and saphire they re-sized it for me and the cost was £180. I have had it valued on my return home and it's value is £600, I am really pleased the jeweller and his staff were really helpful and friendly! My friends used the turkish bath, massage sevice and were that pleased with their first visit booked it again for the second week.
One of my friends used the hairdresser each evening and was happy with the result.
All in all I would say this is a first class hotel.

Travelled with gf, daughter (2yr) and grandma. Arrived hotel 3am. Sandwiches waiting and appreciated. We booked two adjacent rooms with pool view and got. All staff very good and friendly. Especially to my daughter. Restaurant clean. Lots of choice. Sweets all tended to taste the same. Minimal entertainment. You're in a tourist resort with lots of outside entertainment so why should they bother? Rep said all the hotels in that area are the same. Kids club none existent. Like someone else said a shed in the corner called kids club. Not really enough room around the pool for the number of guests. Plenty of sunbeds and free towels. Unfortunately people are out reserving sunbeds from 7am. I remember looking out from the balcony to see the same scotland towels adorning the same sunbeds every morning. Guys we are British - not German. There are two photographers who walk around constantly snapping. The photo are not cheap. Toilet paper goes down loo! Rooms very clean. Satelite TV a waste. Only BBC World News worth watching. Not there for the telly.
