As a young couple we stayed for 2 weeks in August 2013 and had a great time, and this hotel was perfect for us.
The hotel is in a great location 50 metres from the beach and water-sports area. The water-park and the start of the main Marmaris entertainment strip is minutes away. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor which over looked the sea. The room was basic and clean, though very tired looking as it is getting quite old. The food was good although a little boring. Always the same cold buffet with plenty of fresh salads, fruits, meze, breads and they had a weekly rotating hot food menu. There was always something we could eat and we would always try something new even if we didnt know what it was. Always a meat dish, vegetable dish and two sides like pasta, rice, chips, etc. Breakfast was the usual continental style bread cheese, hams/salami, salads, breads, and some strange choices of hot food like cheese topped tomatoes or spicy potato cubes, which changed every day. Didn't have any of the holiday-bum from the food here.
The all inclusive bar ran from 10am-10pm. The drinks were ice-cold Efes on tap, vodka, gin, raki, red and white wine plus all the usual soft drinks. Ice is brought in bags to the hotel and not made from the hotel tap water, although coffees and juices are. After-Hours there is a bar at the front of the hotel open to the public which is cheaper than most along the strip for after hour drinks. There isnt any entertainment at the hotel so we tended to go out every night after dinner and some pre-loading. A strangely alluring tranny show is on at the Malibu bar next door at 9pm every night, and plenty of dancing or fire breathing shows on futher down.
The staff on the bar, waiters and chefs were all friendly and willing to help out, join in jokes and always smiled about their business.
Air-con is free and on from 7pm-9pm and 12am-4am. If you want it on 24x7 it costs 6 euros per day.
Summing up, it was a lovely hotel, good staff, basic & cheap.Cost us around £220 eachfor 14 days all inclusive so you can't really grumble with £15 a day for 3 meals and all the acohols coffee and soft drinks you can have.
