As a young couple we stayed for 2 weeks in August 2013 and had a great time, and this hotel was perfect for us.
The hotel is in a great location 50 metres from the beach and water-sports area. The water-park and the start of the main Marmaris entertainment strip is minutes away. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor which over looked the sea. The room was basic and clean, though very tired looking as it is getting quite old. The food was good although a little boring. Always the same cold buffet with plenty of fresh salads, fruits, meze, breads and they had a weekly rotating hot food menu. There was always something we could eat and we would always try something new even if we didnt know what it was. Always a meat dish, vegetable dish and two sides like pasta, rice, chips, etc. Breakfast was the usual continental style bread cheese, hams/salami, salads, breads, and some strange choices of hot food like cheese topped tomatoes or spicy potato cubes, which changed every day. Didn't have any of the holiday-bum from the food here.
The all inclusive bar ran from 10am-10pm. The drinks were ice-cold Efes on tap, vodka, gin, raki, red and white wine plus all the usual soft drinks. Ice is brought in bags to the hotel and not made from the hotel tap water, although coffees and juices are. After-Hours there is a bar at the front of the hotel open to the public which is cheaper than most along the strip for after hour drinks. There isnt any entertainment at the hotel so we tended to go out every night after dinner and some pre-loading. A strangely alluring tranny show is on at the Malibu bar next door at 9pm every night, and plenty of dancing or fire breathing shows on futher down.
The staff on the bar, waiters and chefs were all friendly and willing to help out, join in jokes and always smiled about their business.
Air-con is free and on from 7pm-9pm and 12am-4am. If you want it on 24x7 it costs 6 euros per day.
Summing up, it was a lovely hotel, good staff, basic & cheap.Cost us around £220 eachfor 14 days all inclusive so you can't really grumble with £15 a day for 3 meals and all the acohols coffee and soft drinks you can have.

Ok so it definately wasn't the Ritz but it was certainly very nice. If you want somewhere right next to beach with a nice quiet pool and walking distance to most of the touristy things for a reasonable price, this is for you.

Cleanliness was second to none, service was always polite ans efficient and food was lovely. No cheesey entertainment shows, just a lovely hotel. Would go back and asvise others to give it a try.

Just returned home Thank God Food was horrid (had to eat out everynight) paid all inclusive. Bar shut at 10pm and stop serving watered down drinks. Some friendly staff. Man behind reception not so good. Rooms are clean though. Air Con now and again. No WIFI unless you pay. Get what you pay for!
Buy crap pay twice.

Room Tip: Choose another hotel.

Hiden gem... once we found this restaurant we ate there every day. Good prices, cheaper than along the beach. Great food. Brilliant and friendly services. A must visit. The best meal was the chicken shish. Well worth the money.

Stayed here with a friend for 10 nights, the hotel is in a great location, clean, friendly staff, the food is very good lots to choose from. Poolside isn't that big but the beach is only 30 metres away. I had a great holiday and will hopefully be returning to the same hotel next year. Very good value for money, please don't listen to all the negative reviews.

My partner and i have just returned from a 10 day break here, we basically weren't expecting much as we didn't pay a lot, but we really enjoyed our stay at Asli, rooms were basic but clean, could have done with the sheets changing a bit more often though. The food was disappointing the first day and we were dreading the rest of our holiday but it just got better and better, we didn't feel the need to eat out at all. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are not many sunbeds around the pool area therefore we only managed to get a bed one day as people were putting towels down the night before, but as the beach is on the front doorstep and the sunbeds there are free it wasn't a problem. The all inclusive drinks weren't up to much but again, you get what you pay for, and the bar is only open until 10pm. Overall a great holiday and would definately return. Thanks to the guys at Asli for making us feel very welcome :)
