It was my parents wedding anniversary whilst we were there,in the room they put petals on the bed on the floor.a bottle if wine and fruit basket was left for them.really nice gesture.
Themararket on the complex,be careful.we bought a purse it was faulty, and they were funny about exchanging it.we had only bought it an hour ago.
It was very hot 36 degrees.the pool was warm enough to swim in.
The Turkish bath was excellent, but as we found u can get it cheaper off the complex.go and see big all at the end if the high street for excurtion.he does very good deals, and loves English people

A great place to stay, delicious food, helpful staff and beautiful pool.

However, when full the hotel can be a bit much, not a quiet and relaxing spot.

Nice for a walk into Marmaris or for booking day trips in the area.

Not the worst hotel I have stayed in, to be honest, it's not too bad as hotels goes. For me, the disappointing thing was the food. I ended up with an upset stomach that took several days to pass and I wasn't the only one. The food is ok, plenty of choice but very, very repetitive over the 10 nights we were there. Food seemed to go cold quite quickly and the food that was cooked outside at night never seemed to be kept covered up. We saw plenty of fly's and wasp's landing on both uncooked and cooked food outside. Inside wasn't much better at times either. Depending when you go down for breakfast and evening tea you will struggle to get a seat. What really annoys me is that if you get a seat outside, there is always someone next to you smoking! Do they have to smoke while at the table! The snack bar also provides lunch between 12 and 4pm but, again the cooked chicken and burgers are left outside and sometimes they are left uncovered. We ended up going out a few nights for our tea which sort of defeats the purpose of paying for all inclusive!

The room was ok, quite cramped but it was cleaned almost daily with clean towels provided daily apart from the Sunday which is a lot better than some hotels. Our mattress on our bed was solid, no give in it at all. Ended up with a sore back and every time you wanted to turn, you ended up waking up! Can't say that I enjoyed sleeping - when you did sleep on that bed!!!

The pools are fantastic, everyone loved the water slides, young and old. If you have not got a sun lounger by 7.15am forget it, you'll be lucky if you get any. Just a shame that people can reserve 3 loungers with one towel! One towel one lounger maybe would help?

You are only a 10 minute walk down to the main strip where there are shops and bars. You can also catch a dolmus into Marmiris Marina or Iclmer. They are cheaper than a taxi but only by about £4. Another 3 minutes walk will take you down to the beach where you can walk along a lovely broadwalk into the Marina (if it's not to hot!).

Overall, the Green Nature resort isn't too bad, for me, the food lets it down and, due to being all inclusive, this plays quite a big part of the holiday

Fantastic holiday with brilliant staff though there are the small few that need to be booted. Animation team are out of this world and work so hard. Food was ok for me but my son lived on chips. Yes there are cats in the outside dining area, but you have to remember, they keep vermin away and if you don't look at them, they aren't interested in you :)

Returned from a 10 day stay with every intention of booking again for next year.We stayed in a family club room and although a little dated they were spotlessly clean. The food was the best we have experienced at all inclusive with the usual salad and meats inside but every night there was a variety of dishes freshly prepared outside.
The entertainment team did their very best every day and evening but if its not your cup of tea there's plenty of quiet bars to relax in.The pools and slides are brilliant for the kids. All the staff with the exception of the women in the supermarkets are the friendliest people ever nothing is too much trouble. The only downside to this hotel is the transfer times from and to the airport two and half hours.I would highly recommend this hotel for families and mine will definately be going again next year.

Travelled to Green Nature with my parents & my 2 sons aged 13 & 8. Like everyone we look forward to our family holiday & having paid alot of money to stay in a 4 star plus hotel had high expectations. Arrived at 1am & was happy with the initial impression on entering the hotel & checked in quickly with no problems.Someone came to help with our bags & take us to our room, this is when everything went downhill. We had paid extra to stay in the main building only to find ourselves being taken to 1 of the annex buildings, so back to reception to find the pleasantries of checking in gone & some of the most rude staff I have ever encountered. We were told there were no rooms in the main building for us (basically it was tough luck) & after speaking to the very unhelpful night manager my parents staged a sit in, in reception until the matter was resolved. I took a room (in the annex)at 2am just to get my boys into bed. My parents were finally found a room in main hotel at 3am & at 11.30am I got the room opposite them as requested in original booking. Get down to the pool area for 7am as this is when people start getting sunloungers & it gets very busy very quickly. The pool area is really good & the kids (& grown ups) loved the slides.Apart from Happy (the man around the pool area) & the daytime entertainers around the pool (they worked so hard & were fabulous)& our house keeper for the room, every other member of staff was rude, ignorant & totally unhelpful. Never done all inclusive before & wouldn't do again far to regemented for our liking. Be in the restaurant early for every meal as it gets full really quickly. Lunch time is 12-1.30pm but that don't keep putting fresh stuff out so food soon gone. The number of wasps we encountered in the restaurant was horrendous & got worse every day.(people were leaving full meals & going due to being attacked) We think they must have sprayed something right near the end of our 2 wks because all of a sudden they seemed to disappear. Also the cats in the dining area is disgusting. People were sat there feeding them which just kept them around even more, I had 1 jump up at my knee 1 evening because the people on the next table had stopped feeding it (Don't feed them its disgusting & the staff shouldn't allow the cats in there) If you aren't a fuss eater there is plenty to chose from however there is NO childrens menu of any description so if you have fussy kids they will be living off chips. They put on chicken nuggetstwice in the 2wks wewere there & every1 from kids to adults were diving on them. The ice cream situation was a joke, its only served 7-9pm Monday, Wednesday & Saturday evenings & not once in the time we were there was it brought out on time. Kids would be queuing to get it but it wasn't there. I asked 1 of the managers 1 evening where it was & he dismissively said it was coming so I asked him to get it hurried up (WHAT A JOKE).Drinks (apart from beer, 1 choice only) are served in tiny plastic beakers & you are only supposed to get 2 drinks per person when you go to the bar but we kept getting more than that because the drinks are so small. The piped music into the restaurant is depressing & needs to be stopped, there is absolutely no atmosphere in the reception bar as this is where people went to use the free wifi, it was like a morgue. The hotel itself is situated in a good place beacuse it is away from the main road sofrom all the noise butstill only a 5-10 min stroll/walk & you are at the start of plenty of bars & restaurants & a dolmus stop to take you either into Marmaris or Icemeler. We got fed up of the lift at our end of the corridor not working. The button on the ground level (by the games room) was hanging out of the panel by bare wires for a couple of days & kept being taped into panel instead of being fixed properly. Twice I went to the miserable staff on reception to report it.Towels changed every day & bottom sheet on bed changed every other day.The top blanket was not changed the whole time we were there and the room wasn't hoovered in the 2 wks we were there either. The tiles in the bath/shower were cracked & mouldy & the shower head fell off the wall if you even looked at it !!! You get given a card instead of a key to get in your room which then goes in a little slot so you can use the electric, this is all well & good to save electric/money but it stops the fridge from working so nothing is every cold in there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone & I truly cannot understand how anyone can give it any kind of good review. I also have been made aware that due to the new sister hotel (Green Nature Diamond) not being finished on time the hotel we stayed in took holidaymakers who had booked in there so therefore became over booked. I presume this is why there was the problem with our room. Well it is disgraceful on the hotels part that they have taken in extra poeple & those who had booked to stayed with them were treated in such an appalling manner.

Party of 5 traveling 14th July 2014 for 11 nights kids aged 11,11 &16 - big resort, nice pools but pool where the slides are had glass in the bottom and we witnessed at least 10 kids cutting their feet - to the point we would take plasters down to the pool area with us!!!! The room we had was fine for us as we wanted to be together - air conditioning excellent but you have to pay for your safe. Food very repetitive but we were prepared for this and ate out a few times. The resort itself is great we walked into the town a few times or you could get a dolmas for about 70p - town great for shopping and harbor area fantastic bars and restaurants - Unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones and got food provisioning and was still ill for upto 2 weeks on my return home. Sun beds are an issue as you have to get up at 5.30am before the workers come along and reserve them and then expect you to pay them for the priveledge !!!! Entertainment is what you would expect in turkey - overall the resort is great go with the intention that you should eat out a few times even if it's fast food KFC and mcdonalds !!! Explore the island make sure you do the boat trips - make sure you take your factor 50 as it's very hot - wouldn't go back to this hotel but you need to experience it for yourself .....
