The hotel was clean and one of the good looking ones in Marmaris. A few problems, the beds were quite hard and the blankets left on the beds for you to use as covers were not big enough. The Pool was freezing and you just could not swim for long as it was just not nice. Even though you could not fault the food and the service it is a bit costly for Marmaris. The view was stunning we had room 409 and the noise from local bars can be heard at night and this does keep you awake and the air con is good but it also makes a noise so you might find it hard to sleep at night. We had a singer one night during our 11 nightt stay and one night a man playing a guitar that was all the entertainment we had but to be honest the view of the sea made up for this. We did enjoy our stay but would not stay again as like mentioned above it was a lot of money even the place is spotless you could not have a nice swim. If you want to worship the sun then go here but you can get a cheaper hotel for the money.

Room Tip: 409 had a nice sea view if you get put in a side view ask if a sea view is available as when I did s...

Never been to Turkey and did have a few reservations about going there. Have been to several countries on AI basis and always had a meal provided when arriving which we did not get. This would have been nice after a long day travelling !!! The hotel is very clean and modern, rooms not overly big but then we only used them for sleeping so not a problem. We were situated in room 213, which was on the side, above the kitchens and most mornings we were woken up early with the noise of the kitchen, having been kept awake till 3am most nights with the lively bars just a few doors down. But when on holiday this is just something that you have to accept and the beds were comfy so that helped to get to sleep. Air Conditioning was good, although noisy at night so had to keep turning off.

Word of warning to anyone using the showers in their bathroom, take great care when walking on the tiled floor with wet feet, the floor is like a skating rink and a couple of times I went over and landed on my back which hurt. This is maybe something the hotel needs to look at for Safety reasons for the future.

There is a lovely beach over the road, with sun loungers which were used a lot more than the hotel pool which was around the back of the building and did not get the sun round there until early afternoon, so we did the beach in the morning and then pool side in the afternoon.

If you like shopping then are plenty of shops to look around and plenty of fake bags, perfume and clothes to buy, and it is great fun haggling with the shop owner, they are always ready to make a deal with you. If you go out in the evening to one of the many bars, make sure you keep a note of how many drinks you consume, as when you get the bill at the end of the evening, we found that we had been considerably overcharged. We suggest you pay for each round so this does not happen to you as well.

The staff in the hotel were efficient, and every where was kept clean and tidy. I have to say that we did feel slightly that we were an inconvenience to them. There were a few British there and they also felt the same. The other nationality's there always got a big smile from the staff and nothing was too much bother for them. We always felt that everything we ate or drank they were keeping a note of and that even though we had paid all inclusive there was a limit as to how much we could have !!!

Several of the Brits booked out and were told by the receptionist that they could not rebook for next year as the British were not welcome there anymore, when I discussed this with the owner it was not a definite decision he told me, yet all the staff I spoke to told me and the other British holiday makers this was the case !!! Not what I would consider a very professional attitude for the hotels staff to be discussing this with holiday makers !!!!

To be honest I did enjoy my week away, but I will most certainly not be booking this hotel again whether we can or not. I will find a hotel that appreciates me spending my hard earn cash staying with them, not to be made to feel like a 2nd class person that's for sure.

Room Tip: Do not get Room 213, very noisy above the kitchens

Rooms are recently renovated and really clean. The blanket on the bed is too short, but we just asked for a second one. The bed isn't really comfortable.

The food is really good and there is enough variety. Some members of the staff are friendly, but some aren't.

Just in front of the hotel is the boulevard and after that you have some sunbeds and the beach. The location is really nice and you can walk easily to the center.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable and relaxing 14 days at the Beachfront Hotel.

We arrived at 11pm on the Friday night and hadn't appreciated just how lively and densely packed the area was. There are a lot of bars, hotels and restaurants along the waterfront promenade, many playing loud music and lots of holidaymakers walking up and down in various states of sobriety.... What had we done??? Fortunately the music started to die down by midnight and had generally stopped by around 1am.

Upon arrival, we were given a glass of orange and were checked in by Sunshine, one of the nicest, happiest and funniest people you could hope to meet. He answered our questions and we were then shown up to our room.

We were on the front of the hotel in room 210. A good location, as it was every bit as good as the higher rooms, still had a fabulous view, but you didn't have so many stairs to climb! As stated by many, the room wasn't the biggest, but it was absolutely fine and was cleaned daily.
Storage was limited (clearly a decision to save money when the hotel was refurbished earlier this year), but it was more than adequate for the two of us. I imagine it would be a stretch for three sharing the room or if you needed lots of hanging space, but how much space do you really need for tee-shirts and shorts? Each room also has a safe which is charged at 5TL per day,

The big pluses were free air conditioning (essential in that climate), a brilliant wet-room style shower which never ran short of hot water or pressure and a big, firm, comfortable bed. There was a fridge (cool rather than cold), a good hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. The only odd thing was that only a single glass provided.... not ideal for that duty-free nightcap on the balcony, but easily sorted!

The food was excellent throughout our stay. Whilst the catering was to a budget, the food was always perfectly cooked, fresh, delicious and topped up throughout each meal service. Eggs were cooked to order at breakfast and a chef was nearly always on hand at mealtimes to answer any queries. We really enjoyed the choices available and managed to put on half a stone each!!

The staff were all lovely, They work long hours and are always happy to help. They respond to a smile and a little courtesy and really appreciated you trying a couple of words of Turkish. I can't name everyone of them, but Sunshine, Fevzit, Talbaq, JJ, Omar, Bechir, Deana and Ceren particularly stood out for us.

The bar service was always pretty good. It is standard "all-inclusive" faire, but the Efes beer was always cold and the wine quite acceptable, particularly at mealtimes. If the beer gets a bit monotonous by later in the evening, there are plenty of reasonably priced international drinks available! It was a shame that the all inclusive service finished at 11pm rather than midnight, but it was not a problem to us at all.

Entertainment was fairly low key, but very enjoyable. There was live music on three evening per week after dinner, generally a decent guitarist or duo doing well known, middle of the road pop tunes which you couldn't help but join in with!

The hotel has it's own private beach for hotel guests and people who come to buy drinks. The beds are good quality with PVC mattresses, so very comfortable. They also benefit from sun canopies which are woven and great for providing some dappled shade rather than direct sun. The beach also has a shower, great for cooling off or cleaning off your feet when you leave the beach.

The beach was great and the pool was spotless. JJ (ex-marine guy who made a few of the women's hearts flutter and worked like a Trojan) looked after the beach and did his best to make sure you were looked after for sunbeds and drinks. He would often stop for a chat or a joke. I don't think the sunbeds were ever totally occupied during our stay, as people came and went, but there was still a tendency for certain beds to have towels on before breakfast... The hotel provides beach towels for a 20TL deposit and they'll change them for you as often as you want, but we found it worth buying our own too, as they were so cheap just about anywhere.

Most importantly, the hotel was probably the best located along the whole seafront. Near enough to everywhere, but far enough away from any roads to be free from traffic (apart from the police bike which regularly patrols the boulevard as a precautionary measure).

Finally, check out was easy, bags stored securely and the hotel's hospitality continued until you were picked up. There is a shower room near the pool which allowed you to freshen up ready for your journey home.

So did we enjoy the beachfront hotel despite our initial reservations? Absolutely!! We met lovely people of many nationalities and were seldom tempted away from the comfort of our lovely hotel, surely the best in town and we are happy to recommend it!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the front for the best views. It doesn't really matter what floor you're...

We stayed for 10 nights at the end of August, and had a brilliant time. The location is ideal, separated from the beach by the pedestrianised promenade, and close to a variety of bars and places to eat. There is a bank on the main street with an ATM. You can walk to the old town in 10/15 minutes.

We found the majority of the staff to be really friendly, with Deena getting things off to a great start with a warm welcome and easy check-in. She is a real asset to the hotel. The porter (we only knew him as Wolf Man for some reason!) was always smiling and stopped to greet us anytime we saw him.

Service in the bar could be a bit hit-and-miss, which we think was probably due to lack of experience by some of the staff rather than an attitude problem as others have suggested. Having said that, we very often didn't have to ask for our drinks, instead being asked if we wanted our usual, which was nice. I think some of the guys have left now, but Ali, Firat and Bekir were great. We asked to see football a couple of times and they put it on in the bar.

The locally produced wine was good (unusual sometimes on all-inclusive), and there was a good selection of other drinks available. The beer is Efes.

The dining area is outside, under huge covers in the day, and was particularly nice at night, with candles and plants on the tables. Omer and Murak, working in the evening, were excellent, going out of their way to find us a table that we would like. They will also serve drinks at your table. The restaurant manager was there during most meal services too, which is good to see.

The food was very good, with a range of hot dishes, and a well-stocked salad bar and selection of bread. Soup was lovely too. Omelettes at breakfast were big and kept us going all day. In the evening I tried the fish several times and it was superb. A chef is on hand in the serving area if you're unsure about anything. Just one tip - watch out for the toaster! Slices of bread would go in but sometimes not come out........!!

There is live music 3 nights a week, and the singers were excellent. It was lovely to sit and listen to some good music, sipping on a drink and watching the people bustling up and down the promenade.

Murat, the owner, was there a lot, and spoke to us on a number of occasions. He was very friendly and genuine, and was interested in any comments we had. We also spoke a lot to the front of house manager - apologies, I know I won't have spelled this correctly - Bourak, who had sorted out an issue with our air-con within half an hour of reporting it. And this was after 9pm. Really nice guy.

We had room 510, great view, and high enough to reduce some of the noise that came from the bars further down the prom. This is the only downside to being right on the beachfront. But it dies down at midnight and I don't know anyone that goes on holiday to go to bed at 9pm anyway. Storage a bit limited but we coped fine. Rooms very modern and clean, with flatscreen TV, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom had a powerful shower, which makes a change. Complimentary miniature toiletries was a nice touch. And ladies, there is a hairdryer.

Balcony not huge but perfectly adequate. We never use them anyway apart from husband going out there to smoke.

The private section of beach was so nice that we didn't use the pool at all. There are plenty of sunloungers and parasols, and there much less of the dawn sunlounger dash that I've seen elsewhere. If you like your sun into the late afternoon, try and get a bed to the left, near the waters edge. But perhaps not exactly AT the edge, as we saw a number of people get soaked by an unexpected wave!

JJ worked hard all day to keep us stocked with drinks, and will also try and find you a lounger when you first get to the beach in the morning. We had a good laugh with him! And he probably kept us too well stocked, judging by the odd headache in the morning!!

There is a towel service, so you can get a fresh beach towel each day. They're not big, though, so I'd advise taking a larger cheap towel to line the lounger, then use the other to dry off.

In summary, we had an excellent time. Yes, there are a few things to work on, but you won't be disappointed if you book here. Thanks to everyone that made our stay so good. We will certainly return.

Room Tip: Higher floors are quieter in the evening. Front-facing sea view was beautiful.

Got back yesterday after 14 nights at the beachfront, staying on an all inclusive basis.

The location of this hotel is perfect, 10 meters from the beach. Close to shops, bars and numerous places to eat.
Live music from good singers/guitarists three times per week.

It is approximately a 2 hour journey by coach from dalaman airport, or 1 hour 15 minutes by private taxi.

We arrived at 12.30 am and were checked in quickly. Glass of orange juice on arrival which was much needed!!!

The hotel itself is fairly small, but stylish, comfortable and clean. 1 very small lift services all 5 floors. Nice lounge area, very modern in style. No shop or hairdressers as advertised.

Our room, 506, was lovely. Tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge with bottle of water on arrival. A bit lacking in decent storage space, but manageable. Decor was bright and modern. Bed was fine and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with a good shower, instant hot water and plenty of it. Balcony was also small but plenty big enough for two adults, the views are stunning. All rooms have balconies, and I think all rooms, except ones on the 1st floor to the sides of the hotel have a sea view.
Room very clean on arrival, housekeeping visit everyday to make the bed, change towels etc. Only thing to note is that our bed linen wasn't changed at all during our stay.
Air conditioning was great, very welcome in 42•c heat!

All inclusive runs from 8am to 11pm. Small room serving everything buffet style with outdoor seating. Food was of good quality, very fresh and well cooked, just not a great deal of choice for the fussy eaters among us. Salad bar is lovely. Deserts were good. Eating area has great views of the surrounding area.
Alcohol served as part of the all inclusive package is locally produced (non branded) and was nice. Efes beer on draught. All mixers or soft drinks are branded, ie coke, fanta, sprite. All drinks ice cold!
Branded alcohol is available at a charge.

Hotel has its own section of long beach which is clean and tidy. Busy some days but plenty of beds and lots of shade if needed. The sea is beautiful and clear, perfect place to cool off! We didn't use the pool so cannot comment.

Beach bar service was very poor, mehmet, or JJ, ran the operation, but you were lucky if you ever caught him. We did manage once in 14 days. Seemed far more interested in customers from other hotels who were paying cash or downing several beers on his own behind a palm tree. No matter, very short hop to get yourself a drink from the bar.

Overall service in the hotel was great, from reception staff to the waiters/barmen. Deena at reception was really helpful, and very friendly. Bar staff were lovely, especially Omer and Murkat who replenished our drinks at our table even before our glasses were empty and provided lots of friendly banter. The bar and restaurant manager was also great. They should put these guys on the beach instead.

We had an evening transfer back to the airport, we checked out early morning, around 9am (official time is 12pm) had a full day on the beach and then used the shower room by the pool to wash and change for our flight. Nice clean room with a lockable door so you can get ready in peace. Full use of services as normal until you leave the hotel. Your bags and cases can be left in a safe room behind reception.

We have already discussed staying at this hotel a second time, and we definitely would.
Location wise, it can't be beaten. We were impressed with most aspects, a few odd niggles here and there which are personal opinion and not worth mentioning here. Each to
their own etc etc.

I will mention that this hotel doesn't seem all that suitable for children, as there are no facilities for them and it doesn't have that family feel. I would say it's quite romantic and would be an ideal getaway for just the adults.

Overall we had a wonderful time at the beachfront hotel, and would recommend it to other
couples young and old.
