We stayed at Club Turquoise at the end of July 2012. Mum, dad and two boys 12 and 14. We were lucky enough to have a split level two bedroomed apartment with two balconies overlooking the pool. The room was large, clean but basic. The kitchen area had a toaster, two rings, kettle and a fridge. The hotel is a great base, the beach, bars and restaurants are all a five minute walk away.
Most of the staff at the hotel are nice, some a bit surly. The boys in the hairdressers are great. On my last night I had a hair mask and blow dry. The best blow dry ever. My husband had a shave at the hairdressers near Cousins. He had the shave, waxing, threading and a shoulder massage for hardly any money!
We ate around the pool if we were there for the day, food was reasonable and cheap enough. Down the road is Cousins; the food there was really good, dinner and breakfast.
Overall a reasonably priced base for you to go and eat at the wealth of lovely restaurants nearby.

stayed at club turquoise sept 2012 - loved it!
Rooms were very clean and had all facilities you need for self catering...sheets and towels were changed daily. Very relaxed / chilled atmosphere ...excellent kids club....good fun and entertainment around pool during the day...evening entertainment is lacking a bit especially mid week, turkish night on Sundays was very good with good entertainment....very good shop in complex and is reasonably priced....bar prices are ok - but if you go out of an evening almost everywhere is BOGOF on spirits and cocktails......meals are reasonably priced and you certainly get plenty....in most places kids under 6 also eat free....Marmaris is a lovely place and there is plenty to see and do....very child friendly and there are lots of places with facilities for kids so you can enjoy your meal etc...This was our first time in turkey and we will be returning next year....FAB!

This was my rd year back to club turqoise and gotta say my last 2 years there have been great but not this year entertainment was rubbish hardly anything going on for the kids but my holiday was ruined due to safety issues, when we booked we asked for 2 rooms together as my daughter whos 17 and her friend were travelling with us this did not happen and we were placed far apart, we complained and were told we would have to pay for a room to become available however it was too late as that night 2 boys entered my daughters apartment without her permission they were left in by the security guard without my daughters permission when my daughter asked for them to leave she was assaulted and headbutted to the face my daughter was crying hysterically and was told by the security guard to shut up, there was no first aid there and nobody to assist us.
the manager was good and came to see us the next day he apologised and said it was the first time in 25 years that this had happened he moved us to a different hotel but by now our holiday was ruined my daughter was in constant pain she had broke her nose and has just had an operation to rebuild it.
I am writing this to warn oter travellers about the safety issues at this hotel the balcony door also does not have a lock and obviously random people are just left into your room if they give your room number hope club turqoise will be taking my complaint seriously and this will never happen again I personally would never stay at this hotel again.

My family and I stayed in club turquoise for seven days at the end of June on arrival we were taken to our rooms which were right at the back of the hotel and up loads of steps and we were given a five bedded room well two single beds, a double sofa bed and a camp bed facing a road but no balcony in which we specifically paid for a balcony and pool view months before we set out for Turkey! We had to pay twenty pound to move to a room with a balcony which was literally five feet across the corridor if you could call it that, it was actually a stair well to the other room with again no pool view! We stayed around the pool in the day and enjoyed the entertainment that was provided but sometimes the entertainment was a little bit x rated for kids but lucky our youngest was 16 so he didn't mind! We didn't stay in the hotel during the night because the food and drink was very expensive we would walk 10 mins left and come to a great pub opposite the club Alize called 'cousins' and he staff were amazing and the food was cheap and drinks were buy one get one free on everything and after 10pm the waiters would start dancing and getting you involved they worked so hard to make sure you had a great time and couldn't do enough for you! Next year I'm gonna try to get a hotel nearer to cousins but if not ill go back to the club turquoise with my friends

Arrived at the hotel after long hours day due to the flight, coach drive from airport to get given a back view room of some trees and a hill with a Turkish flag on it. We were bit gutted so we asked for a room change as stated £20 but was told " only 4 studios" what ever this ment, we took it as a no. Anyway room was clean and kept tidy by maids although I envelope was left for tips on are last day, which was very rude as we had paid for that service with the hotel and made it feel a bit cheap. The pool area was really nice and big with a nice bar and great staff, kids enjoy Dom Dom and qb for entertainment, some adults get a bit angry with there silly antics but we found them funny. The rooms don't have a t.v but can be rented for £2 per day. A little shop on site has all the little accessories needed for your stay. You get one toilet roll on arrivals then you have to supply your own. There is all football games shown at the bar, and entertainment everynight again good for kids. There is no wi if at hotel as it slows mangers computer down, so you have to go other bars to get Internet. The beach is about 10-15 mins walk away and close bars about 10 mins along the road. Beaches are the biggest let down, as they cram the beds together along the whole beach which is not sand, more like grit. So don't expect beautiful beaches trust me. In all Turkey is a good break away and cheap even for fake clothing which is really good quality stuff. You get mivered walking past every bar but that is just how it is, so be prepared to say " no thanks" about 40 times per day and night. Club turquoise is mainly English so no Germans getting towels down at 5am lol. Every where speaks near enough perfect English.
