We stayed here in September 2012, we got there at 3:30am, we went to bed but not long after was woke up by the call to prayer at half 5, we didn't go down to the pool until after 9 but we were unable to get a sun lounger so we just sat by the pool bar...

Food- the food is very much the same each meal a lot of chicken, breakfasts aren't to bad freshly made omelettes which were very nice.. On Sundays they have a Sunday lunch.

Drink- drinks are served until about midnight, the vodka is disgusting and you have to pay for international brands.

Accommodation- we were given a little room nicely presented, we seen a offer they had on to upgrade our room which gave us wifi and late check out so we did, we were given a room with a separate living room a large balcony and even a DVD player much better room just wish we had done it earlier

Hair and beauty salon/ tattooist-
I had a tattoo here they are very good and also I had minx nails done

Overall the hotel was nice, but its not the best I've stayed in..

Room Tip: Upgrade your room when you get there!

My husband and I stayed at the Julian 22 September to 6 October and expected there to be very few children as we assumed they would be back at school;we were wrong unfortunately. I say 'unfortunately' as it meant that the hotel still catered very heavily towards their entertainment. If you have small children, this may be ideal for you but for us, it ruined our evening meal as we had to listen to 'Agadoo' and other kids dance songs played on a loop, at such volume, every evening at 8.30, it was inescapeable even in the restaurant. The food was good; lots of choice, nothing repeated in two weeks (those people complaining that there was little choice are probably the pepole queueing at the chip counter and giving the huge salad counter curious side-long sneers!!) but we found ourselves rushing our meal to escape the entertainment.
We weren't all inclusive and were pleased to not be so as the drinks were terrible: very poor wine list, watered down beer and strangest tasting gin I've ever had with flat, warm tonic. All drinks were served in plastic glasses, even with dinner, and I was once even given a 'glass' of wine in a plastic pint glass!
We upgraded to a deluxe room, which whilst resembling an airport hotel room, was clean and very spacious with large sofa and chairs and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard/drawer space and had a nice large bathroom.
The wasp problem mentioned in other reviews were actually bees and would not have been a problem were it not for people spilling and leaving drinks around and not bothering to tell the hard-working pool cleaning guys who were always around!
My husband and I don't go on holiday expecting or needing to be entertained in the evening, Butlins style, so we can't comment on the evening entertainment, but from the lists posted in Reception it appeared that if Bingo is your thing, you'd be in heaven!
What was annoying was the constant loud dance music played around the pool 10am to 4pm every day. We avoided the pool area during these times and found that if we arrived at 4, there were plenty of sunbeds and the pool was free of too many lilos and inflatables (why they advertise it as having a quiet pool and a kids pool we don't know as the kids seemed to be screaming around all of them).
The hotel is really well located for the beach and town centre; both walkable in at most 20 minutes and in 10 minutes by an excellent bus service running regularly and often from the end of the road (1 minute walk from the hotel).
We had a fantastic holiday, but most of it was away from the hotel. All we really asked of the hotel was that we could end our busy days with a lovely, lazy dinner in the hotel over a bottle of wine; this is not possible in this hotel dining room, with absolutely no atmosphere, no windows, plastic table tops, paper napkins and plastic cups and loud music. Not a romantic holiday setting!
Having said that, the staff were all lovely, friendly, professional and helpful and the hotel was clean and had all the basic necessities. The same can't be said of the majority of the guests at this hotel though unfortunately; if you're not heavily tattooed (and having new tattoos done at the hotel tattoo parlour!!!!) with shapes and words shaved into your hair, drinking copious lager happily by the plastic pint day and night, encouraging your many, many children to run through the restaurant and push in the food and bar lines and fight over the pool tables, this hotel is probabaly not the holiday destination for you.
We thought it was overall ok, clean, good food, lovely staff but won't be going back as we've stayed in much nicer 4 star hotels (this is 3 star at best) with more polite guests.

Room Tip: Upgrade where possible to a deluxe room

Myself and the wife are in our 50's my son and daughter in law in their 20's and the grandchildren are 5 & 4. We all absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back. The hotel was spotless and well maintained and so were the grounds and the 4 pools. The reception staff were always polite, cheerful, and willing to help with any enquiry. The bar staff were also polite and served everybody as fast as humanly possible. The local lager Efes was lovely and so were the cocktails on offer in the all inclusive package. My only slight negative was the food in the restaurant was sometimes not hot enough but the hotel management are aware of this and say it is just teething trouble as they have just gone All Inclusive. The restaurant staff were on the whole fine but a little slow at replacing empty food trays or bread baskets etc.The food itself was good and the 6 of us never went hungry or felt the need to seek outside restaurants.Last but not least the entertainment team who in our opinion make the holiday really special. Fifi, Blue,Charley, and DJ are a right laugh from early morning to late at night. Killer pool, killer dats, target shooting, and water polo etc are played most days and I guarantee if you join in on a Monday by Tuesday they will call you by name as they have amazing memories. The little ones enjoyed the Kids disco every night and the sat by the stage and watched the acts that were on especially when their parents and grandparents were persuaded on stage to take part in the show.Made a fool of myself more than once doing the can can with the Dreamgirls (ps they are young ladies) or belly dancing with a Turkish lady or by joining in with the Cartoon Heroes dance during the Kiddie disco. What more can I say absolutely the best family holiday we have all had together and will hopefully go back next September.

Spent a two weeks here and there was nothing to fault! i read so many complaints but am happy to say that I have nothing to complain about. The food was exceptional given the number of guests being catered for. The menu was never repeated in the two weeks we were there - and the food was faultless... and the pool and the slides were famtastic, a fab family atmosphere!!!!

After reading the reviews on-line was a little dubious about staying but what a lovely holiday we had from start to finish! The room was a good size very spacious and clean, the maid Nuray was so lovely and we had clean towels & bedding everyday. We upgraded to all inclusive when we got there and was good value for money, plenty of choice of food at all times to suit everyone. No matter what part of the hotel you were in our outside by the pool there was always someone cleaning & clearing up. The staff were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. Keep up the good work.

This is the worst hotel experience we have had in 50yrs of holidays abroad. Small room with need of decorating and repairs was shown to us which after complaining we were given another larger one which was not much better. The dinning area was noisy with load pop music played all the time and asfor the food it was very poor. Scrambled egg like custerd boild runny eggs ect. Just the same after complaining to rep. and hotel staff. Not a 4 star.

i spent weeks looking for this holiday and looking at the great reviews on this site for this hotel! then i looked at their website and found such a beautiful kids club that i had to book 2 weeks all inclusive.
when we arrived i found that beautiful kids club was now a store room full of sun beds and the kids club was now a poky little room with hardly any facilities run by ONE 16 year old girl!!! and then even this finished one week into my holiday because it was the end of season??
in the lift it was saying that they would be having local elderly guests staying until 31st october yet the the hotel was closing the day we left on the 22october? apperently for refurb! but we had no notification of this and would have been nice to know before we left!
i drink malibu and was told that their local all inclucive malibu was run out the week before and they wouldnt be getting anymore!! the food choice was quite good when we arrived but just got worse and worse as they kept bringing out the same stale cakes and going off fruit out each meal time and food left overs reheated !
drinks kept running out and we were told to go and get from other bars instead of waiters doin it for us. waiters were very miserable which is not like turkish waiters! they couldnt be bothered!
when i complained to the manager he just kept saying that they are closing as end of season and that all of town is closing. i told him that i have paid the same money as others had paid a few weeks before and he said that he would do something but did nothing!
