We found this hotel in a search for a cheap, single night's stay on our way to a gulet holiday in Gocek. Hakan, the manager, answered our e-mails promptly and arranged a taxi to meet our late night flight. So we arrived in the dark. Our garden chalet was clean, spacious and attractive. Next morning we found we had arrived at an oasis of lush planting and scented flowers hidden in a fold in the mountains between Gocek and Dalaman. Paradise. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast beside the stream which runs through the property and made use of the beautiful swimming pool before continuing on our journey. Hakan could not have been more helpful and charming, providing us with transport into Gocek at our convenience. It was so much more than we could have hoped for and I only wish we had had longer to stay and enjoy the place.

We stayed here for 6 days and are already planning for our return next year. Hakan's vision for a place of peaceful beauty to share with others has been realised. Each of the 11 indivudual villas have been finished to a high standard and they are set within wonderful and fragrent flower beds, with a massive variey of fruit trees and fresh produce throughout the gardens. Free range hens are happy to share their surroundings & the duck prefers the river to the swimming pool!
It was a superb place to hold a group retreat week and I highly recommend this to others.
The 3 staff are friendly and so helpful. Hakan helped with transfers, visits to nearby Gocek and arranged a boat trip for some of the group. We felt restored, relaxed and nurtured in this delightful unspoilt Turkish valley gem.

Room Tip: There are some slightly bigger villas which have a convertable sofa in the sitting room and a private veranda. But all the units are good and there is space for all. The most noise comes from an occasional cockrell!

I have just retruned from a week at the Dalya Life and I can honestly say it lives up to and way beyond the images on the website. A beautiful location surrounded by nature so close the airport you can begin your holiday straight away. Swim in the pool, go for a walk or just sit in the shade by the river. I just LOVED it there. Nothing is too much trouble for the host Hakan and his lovely team, freshly prepared and home grown food lovingly prepared, company if you like from the dog, the cat and the duck that thinks its a chicken, I will definitely be returning.

We spent two days in Dalya Life in early April and were glad that we chose it. We were the only guests during our stay. The host, Hakan, was very helpful and informative. Although he had to leave for Istanbul on the next day of our arrival, he made sure that we had a good plan of where to go and were well taken care of by his helpers, Devrim and Hali. Although Devrim and Hali were not good in English, we could still communicate very well by simple gestures.

One of our friends is a chef. Once he saw the chicken raised in Dalya Life running over the garden, he asked if we could have one and cooked it by ourselves. Hakan was so generous and agreed to it. Our chef friend then cooked the chicken and all of us (including Hakan) had a nice dinner together. As we were lucky that there were no other guests on the next day and the kitchen could be used by us again, we bought some lamb and vegetable back and cooked Chinese cuisines again. This time, Devrim and and Halil helped us out a lot. We ate together and shared some cultural experience (Turkish and Chinese) (by using simple English and gestures). It was a great time and experience which we will never forget. It was fun. I was also told that they would use the fruits, vegetables and eggs grown by themselves for preparing the meals in Dalya Life. However, as early April is not the season for the ripe fruit, we regret that we do not have the chance to taste them. Maybe next time when we go back.

This boutique hotel and the people are amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is searching for a relaxing and wonderful stay experience in this area of Turkey.
