Stayed at the Majesty Club Tuana Park from the 22nd October - 29th October (Half Term). Since returning from Turkey I have read many reviews with regards to this hotel and I honestly believe that we must have stayed somewhere else.

On arrival we were given keys to Room 3011 which was situated on Park 1 which was a good 10-12 minutes’ walk from the main attractions - Main Pool, Majesty Bar, Restaurant etc. On entering the room the smell of damp was overwhelming, poor decor, 3 single beds pushed together there was not enough room to walk freely in to the room we had to walk side ways to get to the balcony which faced on to a brick wall that was totally overgrown with dirty furniture. On the head board/blankets was a selection of dead bugs if you fancy given Celebrity Get Me Out of Here a try then this is the room for you! After calling reception and getting no response I spoke to Mia at Guest Relations who was very helpful after 3 phone calls we was moved to Park 2 - This is a good walk again to all the main areas, the room was small, basic but clean with a lovely balcony area looking over the pool area, the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The pools are very clean but very cold the children’s slide pool is only open at certain times on a positive note they did have a lifeguard on duty to ensure everyone was safe.

I was extremely disappointed with the main restaurant, food cold and poor quality, dirty tables, not enough glasses, 5 nights out of 7 we cleared and set our on table for dinner - Chefs/Staff standing around chatting I can only assume they were winding down as I believe that his was the last week of the season. The Turkish Restaurant is well worth a visit the food was great and we had a very enjoyable evening.

Please be aware that you can only get certain drinks at certain bars which we found quite frustrating so for example: Park 2 Pool Bar - Vodka, Whiskey, Beer and Coffee if you wish to have your favourite tipple you have to visit the main pool bar or the majesty bar also at Park 2 ice creams are available all day however around the main pool they are served between 4-5pm They also serve doughnuts between 4-5pm my little boys queued between 30-40 minutes each day.

Overall totally disappointed! I would recommend that the General Manager at the hotel actually acknowledged the poor comments as well as the positive.

Stayed here from the 19th to the 29th October with my husband and 22 month old little man. we loved it, it was perfect for the little one, really safe for him to run around and the kids pools were a perfect depth (even though they were freezing but he loved it!) Kids club was great, Sushi, the lady at the kids club is lovely and the mini disco was great although a little repetitive but the kids didn't seem to mind. The all inclusive concept here is great, everything is free, you can get bottled beers, help yourselves to bottles of wine (the rose is the nicest), ice cream is free all day in the park areas. We stayed in park 2 and we were really glad we did, it is about a 5 min walk to the main restaurant but its a lovely walk, nice to work off all the food (which was also lovely). They had a lovely quiet pool that not many people seem to use, we stayed round here a couple of days, they also have a great paddling pool for the little ones. The room was very basic but had all the essentials, it also has all your shampoo, shower gel etc so less stuff to pack (wish id have known this before!). Just missing a kettle in the room, that would have been perfect for a morning coffee on the balcony.
Food was really nice, so much choice, if you couldn't find something you liked then there must be something wrong. They do really well to cater for all nationalities. The only problem in the main restaurant i thought was the queues for the specials, they had some kind of special on every night which was great but the queues were horrendous, i really didn't fancy standing there for 15 minutes waiting so missed out a couple of nights.
Entertainment isn't really our thing so we didn't really watch any shows apart from the comedy show which actually was quite funny, and the entertainment staff all seemed nice. They didn't bug you either which was great as i hate that. The spa people came round a couple of times but if you just say no thanks they don't keep on at you.
The buses into town are great, they pass every 5 mins, we went to the market and had a walk round the marina one day and we went into olu deniz another day (recommended).
It did rain for 4 days (2 of the days we went out) but it was very boring the other days, thats the only problem with being so far out but that's not the hotels fault.
Beach also great, yes abit rocky near the edges but you can walk down the steps from the jetty, was much warmer than the pool.
All in all great relaxing holiday, you can do as much or as little as you like, its what you make it!! We would definitely recommend it. :)

Room Tip: Park 2 is lovely if you like abit quieter but can walk to the main part in 5 mins.

Ive travelled all over Turkey and this hotel is brilliant value for money as well as being immacuately clean. The food is lovely, hotel is in a great location and staff are more than pleasant. Its very handy to the airport too-40mins. Dont listen to the complainers-there is absolutely zero to complain about

Room Tip: Dont worry about the rooms-even the 2 parks have their own pool, snack bar

Weather ace, food average except for the turkish restaurant, that was very good, booking que a drag. Accomodation good however thank goodness we weren't there in hight of summer as the air conditioning didn't work and the reception staff couldn't have cared less. Everything started shutting down for the seasons end,.Example, one of the quieter pools closed, fresh orange juice and hot milk off the menu ! and they started running out of draft lager and various spirits.Kiddies pool with water slides were closed as the lifeguards had gone on holiday ! Ha ironic ! Complained to no avail, in fact as it was their last week for 5 months they were not out to impress. Asked to see the top man , the answer we got was ' that he was dead' now there's a thing ! The bar staff wrer very friendly, the biggest vote goes to the entertainement team , they didn't give up on us, thank you.The jetty at night time was beautiful. Rooms clean with excellent room service, turkish massage something else, bril.Guest relations manager was never avaliable, probably bit like the top man himself ! Biggest tip don't go there when hotel and staff are in their last week . Oh and another thing when will people stopping getting up at ridiciolous hours to bag sun beds and cushions ? Yes it was me who threw off your towel and ran off with your cushion since they had been there for two hours with no one on them ! Great place for young kids, honeymoon couples stay away.

Room Tip: Go on higher floor as the click cacking of high heels can drive you mad. Book a room away from amphitheatre and disco.

We have just returned from our first visit to Turkey and have had an absolutely wonderful time. Majesty Park Tuana is a fantastic resort, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and hygiene is obviously a high priority and the food was wonderful. However, what made our holiday truly memorable was the Animation Team - Bond, Gunes, Irfan, Darina, Mahmut, Berk, Alex and Suheyla to name but a few. We miss everyone so much already and are so keen to visit again. Would recommend this resort to all ages.
