this place is a must see when visiting turkey , it really is amazing , the only downside is over the years its starting to become a little vandalized with spray paint writing on the walls and litter everywhere :( shame because its such a precious place :)

Just to follow previous author, we have just spent 40 mins walking up gorge with 2 children before it got too deep for them. A real natural wonder. The water you cross initially is bone chillingly cold but that just adds to the challenge! We are staying in a treehouse at the gorge club, it is basically camping but so lovely by the river. Girls have just done three zip wires over pool and then zigzagging across river for 40tl each, excellent value, excellent fun!! Tubing tomorrow!

A must see, even if there are too many tourists around this amazing gorge!
Dip into cold spring water, walk down the canyon, enjoy the sight and cool down on the cushions of one of the lovely places by the river!! We enjoyed walking a long the river and the pomegranate trees listening to the cicadas, purchasing fresh fruit and local honey to villagers..
Definitely worth the 1 hour bus trip!!

We loved this place, we walked all the way to the waterfall. My wife made the final slippy climb. But you didn't have to go all the way you could turn at any point and still see the magnificent gorge. The rafting was great, followed by a mud bath (bit primitive), but we liked it. Great place, much better than expected.

Enjoyable place to visit. Bring sturdy waterproof footwear to walk in the water (flip flops not idea - crocs or similar better). Water rafting available to do as a family activity but at an extra cost.
