upon arrival the staff was so excited to see us. straight direction to our apartment, fresh towels and clean water. with a smile the staff would ask where we were off to and recommend different places. the shops are local although it was self catering the choice of menu was amazing.

drive into main fethiye is by bus its amazing fast easy service only 1 pound per person, the centre is beautifull lots of food shops and a great promenade full of life , the tukish culture is fantastic, friendly people clean tidy city with immaculate beaches. we travelled in april before the busy period with our disabled daughter aged 15. many places to see to many to mention, no pressure selling here. the hotel was great location 5 mins off the beach. area is still developing slowly, would we go back oh yes in a heartbeat.
many thanks to the staff for a wonderfull ten days, oh wee went to istanbul first for 6 days if you love history and architecture this is the place to visit its top of the list so far.
hope all this helps
have fun cos we did

Wow! I am so glad that we chose this hotel. It was absolutely fantastic in terms of everything - staff, service, accommodation, facilities and location. This review cannot do enough credit to this hotel - you have to go there to really appreciate how great it is.
Firstly, the staff cannot do enough for you. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived late at night and were even happy to arrange for their chef to come and cook for us - which he did happily and came and cooked us a delicious meal even though it was even midnight. They also would bring us beautiful turkish breakfast up to our rooms when we ordered it and we would enjoy it on our huge sun-drenched terrace. As the hotel was quiet on our last day and we had a late flight home, they were kind enough to let us use our room all day at no extra cost.
The rooms, or apartments really, are lovely and everything you would need for a self-catering holiday has been thought of. They are so stylish and very tastefully furnished with gloss kitchens and modern palettes of red and white and black and white. Kitchens are fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and hob and a whole range of utensils. Bathrooms have lots of little courtesy toiletries such as shampoo and face wipes. In addition we had a huge balcony overlooking the pool, which offered complete privacy from other guests. All rooms are fully air conditioned, which helps as sleeping at night can be stuffy. They also have telephones and free safes.
The hotel's facilities include a lovely restaurant, though both were quiet when we arrived because it was early season and a pool, with lots of stylish sun loungers and well-maintained gardens. All in all, this a relaxing, sophisticated place and ideal if you want somewhere to truly relax. If you like your entertainment laid on, kids clubs, all-inclusive bars and pumping music, then this is not the place for you - you won't find any of that here.
The location is also very peaceful yet only about 5 minutes walk to the bars, shops and restaurants of Calis beach, and minutes from the beach itself. Fethiye is a little further, about 10 minutes on bus, or 20 minutes on the Dolmus (shuttle) taxi. Both can be caught from Calis beach area and cost 2 lira each way (50p at time of writing). However if you just need a nice spot of lunch or a few beers then Calis beach has plenty of places. Do make the effort to visit Fethiye though as it has a nice market and you can climb to the Lycian rock tombs carved in the hills.
All in all, we had a fabulous holiday and I would love to return to Turkey soon. If we do then the Pasham residence is somewhere I would love to return. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Just returned from odyssey, my family of 4 and my brothers family of 5.Had a fantastic holiday better than expected after reading some of the reviews .Beautiful rooms, clean, spacious and well furnished .Pool and outdoor area very clean and well maintained. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. One of our party celebrated her 10th birthday while there, staff were more than happy to supply a lovely cake with sparklers! 5 mins steady walk to nearest shop and bars, same to beach and a 15 min walk to the busier calis beach area .Would definitely return and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

After reading reviews I was unsure about location of odyssey but I have to say it was perfect for us. Most of the calis beach restaurants are between ten and twenty mins walk away which we found a great way to start our evening. It is two mins away from the shore too. If you are looking out at the sea from the land, odyssey is on the right hand side of the beach and the shops/restaurants run from the middle to the left. Fethiye is even further left. We hired cycles because calis beach is flat, and cycled to fethiye along the coast too but mainly they were great way to speedily get about during the day. However, most people walked. There is a breeze on the front too which is nice. Odyssey is a really lovely modern clean and tasteful complex, complete with brand new spa. The staff were all great, not pushy, just relaxed, and friendly, and helpful if you needed anything. The breakfast was great...fresh pancakes, omelettes etc. I would say that if you like the look of this place you would also like the restaurant that we loved the most- the sat beach club...typically right at the opposite side of the beach!! The food was in our opinion the best on calis beach, the views are stunning as it sits on the water overlooking all of fethiye. We cycled there but could have walked. There is probably a bus that would take you as there never seemed a problem finding one of those. We didnt bother because we enjoyed the fresh air. We havent been back on holiday anywhere twice but we both said we would like to come back to odyssey residence again.

Fantastic stay in a lovely resort, blessed with gorgeous sunshine! Great hotel, amazing sized rooms, v clean, great breakfast esp pancakes but you could have anything. Musharraf was partially good, always cheerful and full of ideas and even gave us a lift into town on his way home.
Would recommend turkeysforlife blog for great tips, we tried as many bars and restaurants as poss! Car hire well worth the 150 TL for 3 full days , visited Fethiye and its tombs , castle, fish market, where u buy your fish then they cook it fresh in restaurant in the market, Calis beach itself quite classy plus best sunsets eps compared to our visit to Oludeniz, paragliding great to watch, blue lagoon well worth the entrance fee , Tlos hillside tombs and city intriguing, highlight of trip finding Gizlikent waterfalls and mud baths which we had to ourselves, down the road 2 km is Salikent gorge but more tourists there but fascinating coloured waters , Gocek was v classy indeed, real designer not "genuine fake " elsewhere, the ghost town of Kayakoy was so sad but a must to visit.
An excellent trip where the Moslem call to worship will call me back to Turkey soon, I hope!

Great apartments, very happy with the hotel, beds a little hard but maybe i just like a soft bed.... husband slept very well.... Staff were very friendly and very helpful, would deff stay there again. Pool was very cold being begining of season and no shallow end!! Food not great but okay at hotel.....
Beach at end of road was not a sunbathers beach at all... best get the bus to Oludeniz for beach, Calis was very small and a little under developed but very friendly and nice, nice broadwalk beach walk. Buses were fabulous 2tl for trip to Fethiye, well worth trip and to Oludeniz very cheap, tuesday market in Fethiye is amazing. All tourism attractions were well priced and had friendly staff. FABULOUS HOLIDAY....

Best 'local' holiday YET.......
Take a tea towel and washing up liquid, condiments etc, there is a 'kipa' which is a tesco on bus route. Location would not really suit disabled as walking is needed to get to bus stops etc....

Room Tip: Ask for pool view, ground floor, very large and sunny, wifi bit poor but works well if you line it u...
