“Great Value”
Reviewed August 24, 2013

We've just come back from 12 days staying here, first time in Turkey. This hotel and its staff were excellent. The pool was wonderful, hotel clean, service wonderful and friendly. The prices for the drinks, meals and spa facility were good value. The kids had great fun and I had a grand stand view of the evening volleyball game at the back. Great memories and we hope to go back.

We visited this hotel at the beginning of August 2013 on arrival we were told that we had a flood in our rooms, so they took us to a non star hotel which was very unsuitable for my group. My daughter and partner went back to the hotel to complain. They were told that the hotel was fully booked that night hence taken us to to a non star accommodation and the room was not flooded. management found a room for half of our group and the other half went to a 4 star hotel. They compancated us with half board and free spa and Turkish bath. When we finally got to our rooms they were clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. This hotel was a lovely hotel but our first night was not not a happy one not a good start to a holiday. Thank you to Jan for being honest to us re the rooms situation.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous and great value for money. It is a 5 min walk to Calis beach which has a range of restaurants and shops around. The property itself is very well maintained with good size rooms and excellent housekeeping. I was given a room with a poolside view, which was quite pleasant to have. Can and Eylem at the reception were very helpful in such as organizing trips, suggesting local restaurants and attractions etc. Did not get a chance to enjoy meals at the restaurant, but the breakfasts were very good, with a good spread of meats, cheese, cereals etc. All in all a wonderful stay at the property and would most certainly recommend the hotel.

I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. Went in June 2013 really lovely staff (thanks to Ms Eylem Akbal on reception) and all the staff. Without a doubt everyone was wonderful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Lovely clean rooms and pool area and great breakfast. Ten mins walk from beach to super bars and boats or buses to Fethiye town.

After reading the bad reviews I was very pleased to find that the management changed last September and that the hotel has greatly improved.
We were made very welcome by Eylem, the hotels receptionist, who showed us 2 rooms available and said we could have either. We had the bigger one (room 504) which overlooked the pool on the 1st Floor in the second building. Which turned out to be one of the best rooms I have stayed in Turkey...Nice luxury! It is in a quiet neighbourhood area away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront but the beach is reached within 10 minutes walk where all the facilities are available, the main seafront restaurants (many) and the quaint water taxi into Fethiye (10TL return).
here are the points to take into consideration.
Welcome and efficiency and friendliness of the reception is first class.
BEDROOM:The room facilities were fabulous and the shower was the best one I have ever had in a hotel in Turkey! The bed was a generous Double size and the lady who made the bed every day (Elif) treated us to a different design on the bed every day in the formation of towel art ! There is a kettle and cups but you need to buy your own tea after the first supply.
BREAKFAST:(7.30 -10am) was an impressive buffet display of 3 different cheeses, olives, tomatoes and a selection of different vegetables, bread and unlimited Tea and orange squash. You also have boiled egss and can have a fresh omelette or fried eggs made.
Swimming Pool and BAR: The pool is adequate and clean and the bar is open till late but the music is toned down after 10pm.
DINNER: a buffet dinner is served everyday from 7pm to 9.30pm and the main selection is changed daily......fantastic food and worth the 20TL charge ( does not include drinks). Every Friday there is a BBQ with a Turkish Oriental/Belly Dancer for a charge of £10. Well worth the charge again. The superb and friendly service from Evfrem and Turcan, waiter and waitress has to be mentioned as they helped very much to make the holiday enjoyable.
There is also a Steam Bath, Sauna and Massage ( Hammam) available but as there is so much to see and do in Calis and Fethiye, we didnt have time to experience it. On inspection though it did look good.
This hotel and staff made this one of the best holidays I have ever had in Turkey....and I have been going there for the last 30 years! Will be back again soon.

Room Tip: 504 is superb!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Nevada hotel. The staff were very friendly which created a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We would recommend this hotel and resort to any couples and families. The hotel is only 500 m from the beach, with plenty of choices of activity. At night the Nevada hotel is peaceful which is a welcome from the party/clubs by the beach. The manager of the hotel Mr. Bit soy Ari went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and the staff on reception were exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we have advised my son and his family to go there next year!

Room Tip: Our room was on the first floor looking over the pools

What can i say this hotel ticked all the boxes. The room was large (room 507), carpeted, big balcony, quite large bathroom and comfy beds (if you like them hard).
The staff were amazing Aylem, the receptionist made friends with me on Facebook before we arrived, so it was like meeting up with a old friend.
Its a small Hotel, has its own spa and turkish bath, £28 with a massage thrown in. We stayed half board, and the meals were nice, salad and pasta always on offer, with different meats and fish.
1 main pool with a little one attached that our 4 year old daughter loved. She made friends with all the staff and her only complaint would be her cheeks hurt from all the kisses she got :-)
Would highly recommend this hotel and would definatly go again, infact we will be in May next year, prices are good for what you get.
Mixture of holiday makers from all over the world, quite funny watching my daughter play and interact with 2 turkish girls and between them did not speak each others language, they still managed to play though. Not a lot for children apart from the swimming pool and a pool table, but only about 10 mins away from the beach and transport that will take you out and about. A good number of sun loungers and umbrella's around the pool.
Calis beach was a bit shingly so we mostly stayed at the hotel. There is a market on a sunday in Calis just walk to the main road and catch a dolmus (bus) for 2 lira (60p) where you can bargain to your hearts content .... check the prices in the shops 1st though. On tues catch the water taxi to Feyithe and you will find an even bigger market then, but go 1st thing or late at night as they cover the market with plastic and it was sooooooo hot. Feyithe also has a fish market, barter for your fish then one of the cafes at the side will cook it for you :-)
Trips can be booked from the many 'shop's ' on the prom, we did the Dalyan one with the mud baths and turtle beach, actually saw a loggerhead turtle.

Room Tip: We had room 507 which is on the back/front of the hotel and overlooks a little field that has a voll...
