I would'nt hesitate to recommend the Ibrahim Bey to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Calis. It is a very friendly hotel and you feel staight at home as soon as you arrive. The owners, Ali, Nurdin & Yalcin and the staff are always really helpful and pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it, and i noticed in one of the other reviews they said they booked for b & b and ended up having their evening meal there - that's exactly what i did because the food was so nice. The pool was lovely and clean and there was never a problem getting a sunbed. I was lucky enough to have a room with a sea view and it was lovely to sit on the balcony watching the sun go down, it was also brilliant for people watching! The maid came in every day and the rooms were very spacious and clean. There was always plenty of hot water (if anybody has been to Turkey before they will know this is sometimes a problem). The hotel is roughly in the middle of the promenade so it is very convient for all the bars and restaurants, the dolmus bus stops outside at the back and it is within walking distance of the water taxi.
The bar is at the back so in the evenings it is very quiet so people do tend to go out to the other bars and restaurants in Calis, but i think Nurdin told me last year they were opening a Turkish style bar at the front of the hotel, which will be nice. I am going back again this year only for three weeks - two was not enough!

We found this hotel on travel republic and booked it as we wanted a beach front hotel. The staff were very helpful, and as I had requested a sea view balcony and none was available at check in, were told we could move later on and we were moved on day 5. The views we had over the sea were fantastic and we enjoyed a wee drink on the balcony watching the sun set before heading out for the evening! The hotel is nice and clean, but it was very quiet when we were there. Noone was using the bar etc so we tended to go outside. The maid service was very good, she came in every day and left fresh towels and made up the beds.

Calis itself is a lovely resort. We have family there, so have visited 3 times and have booked for next year already! Lovely food at the Nil, and la terrace.

I've recently returned from a holiday in Turkey, staying at the Ibrahim Bey Butik Hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. I can't praise this hotel or it's staff enough. When i arrived in Turkey i was booked into another hotel, luckily this was still being decorated and i was move to the Ibrahim Bey. The hotel and it's grounds are spotless, really clean.

Rooms - I was in a twin room, which was lovely with an ensuite shower room and a balcony overlooking the sea. I was also shown more rooms and the family rooms by Ali who runs the hotel. All were in good decorative order and spotlessly clean.

The bar is situated outside on the veranda overlooking the pools, main pool and a small baby pool. Plenty of sun loungers and a swing by the side of the pool. On the land behind the pool area there is also a hammock attached to 2 trees.

The staff - All the staff in this hotel were great. They were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you to make sure you enjoyed your stay. I was staying at this hotel by myself and one day i left early and wasn't back til late and as i hadn't seen anyone before i left, Ali was worried and asked another female guest to go with him to check in my room in case i had taken ill or fell in the shower. Not everyone would have done that. It was good to know that someone was looking out for you, that they care about their guests.

Would i go back? I'm already looking at flights for September and the only place i'd stay? Ibrahim Bey Butik Hotel.

Looking for a fantastic hotel for your holiday to Turkey? See you in September!!
