This newly renovated hotel has some lovely character and it overlooks the Mevlana museum. The rooms are very neat and tidy and the breakfasts on the rooftop is wonderfull. Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely recomment

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour of Turkey with Imaginative Traveller. Hotel is modern, and has all the usual things you would expect - air con, hair dryer etc. It is a bit of a distance from the main town - a 15 min walk - but is well located for the Mevlana Museum which is across the road. We had a really large corner room, but it was quite dark, and even with air conditioning it was still hot in the room. Would recommend for a one night stay to enable a visit to the museum.

Urban setting in big city of Konya, great place to stay when visiting Mevlana; archaeological museum is amazing and a several block walk away; archeaological museum is low key in appearance, but stunning in its artifacts; food is good; breakfast and dinner very nice, can sit on terrace to eat; sit on terrace at night and overlook city; nice modern style rooms and excellent staff

We had a good-sized double with a small sitting room. Breakfast buffet with the room was all one could ever hope for and was on the top floor overlooking the grounds of the Mevlana Dervish Museum, and close to other good restaurants. We would go back again in the future.

While the hotel is well located for visits to the tomb and mosque, we were disappointed in the room. It was upgraded but smelled musty, probably from the bathroom. The hotel staff do not speak English. The travel bureau is down the street, and very helpful.

We chose to stay here for the views of Mevlâna Museum and we were not disappointed. The hotel is easy to find by road by following the signs to the nearby Mevlâna Museum. There is a car park for the hotel out front.
This modern hotel has friendly staff, large rooms and a great location. It is a 2 minute walk to Mevlâna Museum and several small restaurants. A few minutes stroll up Mevlana Cad brings you to Alaaddin Tepesi, the city centre, with ancient mosques and tea gardens. The bazzar occupies the side streets between Hotel Rumi and the city centre.
We enjoyed both our evening meal and breakfast at the Rumi. The rooftop terrace has great views but there may be competition for the outside breakfast tables when the tour buses come to stay. The buffet for breakfast was extensive for Turkey.
The rooms had air con and heating. We did not try the sauna or gym as we were just passing through.

Room Tip: Ask for a room looking over Mevlâna Museum.
