I stayed 3 nights for business. It was a very relaxing hotel, beyond what I expected. Perfect location, perfect view, perfect service and friendliness. I found the hotel from TripAdvisor, reviews worked very well.

I spent three nights at Hich Hotel: I had wanted to visit Rumi's tomb and have some quiet time to reflect and write. I had a wonderful trip and one of the highlights was the Hich Hotel. It is across the street from Rumi's tomb. My beautifully appointed and light-filled room had a lovely view of the dome and famous turquoise blue 'minaret'. The hotel, just about six months ago, has been designed very tastefully and is maintained spotlessly. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and entirely genuine. Their care and love shines through in everything they touch. The breakfast, with local olives, fresh local honeys, fresh baked bread, Turkish pancakes, sheep's milk cheeses, and excellent coffee is exceptional. Hich is now indelibly tied in my mind with the spirit of Rumi.

I stayed for one night... March 22nd, 2013.
the hotel is build into two different wooden historical houses aged around 150 years...
It is only a few metres to the gardens of the Rumi's tomb (Mevlana museum)..
In the hotel you feel the timelessness, respect and spirit of tolerance breathing from the museum and sorrounding you.
Room architecture and interior design is a mixture of modern and historical...
Breakfast is superb..
Owner is always on duty and next to you.. staff is very polite and open minded...

Beautiful design (compliments for all the details that are all so well put together), carefully restored. Wonderfull client oriented personell. Personal approach without being intrusive.
Breakfast prepared with love and care. Fresh orange juice, wonderful cafe latte.

No swimming pool. Imam prayers feel like he is almost in the room with you
(meaning: pretty loud).

Wow! What a place! The style is a combination of modern and the traditional, all understated, resulting in a serene atmosphere reflecting its location, yet still meeting and exceeding all possible comfort needs. Great location overlooking the Mevlana complex, good prices, a staff so friendly and accommodating that I could not believe it. Excellent breakfasts. What a find!

Room Tip: The rooms at the front of the hotel overlook the Mevlana complex, which is spectacularly lighted at night.
