We stayed in this hotel for one night as a stop between Goreme and Safranbolu.
However, as it was newly opened, the taksi driver and the passer-bys do not know where the hotel is situated and we spent an hour finding it. Luckily, a man in a shop pointed us to a carpet shop, which owns by the same owner of the hotel, where we get our guide and directions to the hotel.
Once you know your way, the hotel is actually in the centre of Konya, right next to Melvana Museum.
The hotel has only been opened for four months, everything is nice and clean. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of effort in renovating the place. As it is newly opened, some fixtures have not been completed during our stay, but these doesn't affect our rating for this hotel. The owner and his staff are nice, friendly and helpful.
As a bonus, the owner's niece made some home-made pastry and shared with us during breakfast time.
Even just staying for a night and leaving early in the next morning, we got to see the Dervish Whirling dance at the Melvana culture Center for free at night (a Saturday night) which is close to the hotel and shopped around in the city.More
