The hotel is very adequate for people travelling on business purposes. It is very close to everything downton, and have a fair breakfast. Restaurants are all nearby, as well as travel agencies, where excursions can be arranged.

It is in the heart of the city. Very close to social areas (cafes, restaurants, shopping centers) reasonable prices, very big rooms and huge flat-screen TV. Clean and very rich breakfast. Smiling crew. Car parking available. Very close to the bus stop of the airport shuttle bus.

We went to Izmir to watch an opera show in Konak. So this Hotel is located in the very heart of Izmir. It's very close to Kordonboyu where you can have lots of beautiful food, snacks and drinks, also close to Konak where the opera stage is located.
The hotel is designed as a city hotel, has large rooms with two double beds inside. They serve you complimentary fruits and nuts in the room and they serve freshly cooked meringues at the reception. Myhotel has got very helpful stuff. We stayed for one night and it was quite good.

This was a quite modern hotel. We booked a 2 persons room, but got a 4 persons room. We got each a lit-jumeaux. So big was the room. There was also a big flatscreen television, so modern we got two remote-controles, we could not find a sender. There was also a mini-bar, fruit, and peanuts. Only bed and breakfast hotel, no restaurant was available. There was a nice boulevard just a few minutes walking and there were nice possibilities for dinner. Breakfast was on the 4th floor and was set up in japanese style , everything was put in small dishes. Enough to eat.
Nice floor, you could see through the floor, because the floor was made of glass, very special design. Price for one night for 2 persons ,incl.breakfast € 130.=

Stayed in the property for 2 nights. Nice, clean hotel with much lower prices than the Movenpick and Swiss Hotel next door. Nice to find a hotel that actually has two large beds in the room. Breakfast enjoyable...they did charge for coffee and orange juice, but there is a Starbucks a block down the street so I could get a good cup of Americana. Turkish only channels. Wifi had a great signal. Hotel was quiet. Glass hallways a bit disconcerting if you are on an upper floor and wearing a dress. Staff young, but helpful with check-in and check-out.

I grew up in Izmir and living/working abroad since 2000. Therefore I know the city well and stayed some other hotels as well. I stayed with 4 more couples in Izmir recently at the hotel. The location is superb next to Mövenpick hotel and close to other most expensive hotels like Swiss and Hilton. Half block away from the sea and also the prestigious Republic square.

There is a shuttle from airport to square therefore easy to go there and also by taxi around 40 lira (~20 euros). It is not a big hotel with few rooms and do not offer swimming pool or other fancy facilities but quite nicely decorated. Rooms are big (some rooms are smokers, be careful while booking or checking in) and many of them have kitchen like facilities therefore you can do some basics in the room. Lower floors could be noisy due traffic evening times (just like Mövenpick and Hilton). They have also 2 times 2 bed room that is great for families. (We got the same price like double room + breakfast for this kind of rooms, that was also unbeatable to compare to other hotels)

Breakfast is good and offers a good start for the day. Walking distance is “Kordon” –where the cafes, bar are- and “Kemeralti” –where the bazaar and other touristic areas are- . Reception helped us to find a taxi to have a ride to Ephesus for 100€ almost whole day without guide but it was a good deal.

The booking price was below Swiss/Hilton/Mövenpick (this sequence is my option the quality rank downtown hotels) therefore if you are not keen to have big hotel facility, it is one of the best options. Anyhow be away from “Basmane” area. Alternative of myhotel would be Kilim or Karaca Hotels both not far from this one.
